These people are scam artists for towing big trucks(18 wheeler). They not over, over charge.I gave them an address to tow me to and they pass it up to take to another place which they probably are in cahoots with also. Too much to say but tired of typing. They will rip you off,lie to you,and won’t make it right.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish there was an option for zero stars.Got the okie doke.

This business would be my last option
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are RUDE and the police department should definitely stop doing business with these people. They need to be shut down. They made the process purposely difficult in the efforts to get more money. Even if you do everything they tell you, it will always be something new. They talk to you like you’re trash, but they’ve encountered the right one.
If you have a choice, select another. The office staff is RUDE and sarcastic-EMILY! I was sent through stupid, made up red tape to even began the process of getting the vehicle; but if you call they tell EVERYTHING about the vehicle. Anyway, wrecked vehicle (8/19 to 10/4) cost $1,625 to have delivered to my home. Where the driver dropped the vehicle, despite my son's protest, in the middle of my driveway blocking the other vehicles from entering and exiting properly. When I called the office staff to ask if the driver could come back because he was barely down the street, you can only imagine how that went. A follow up call lead to sitting on hold for 9 minutes and counting....I have emailed pics to management and I'm now waiting to see if I'll receive a reply about adjusting the placement of the vehicle.
