My son had a blow out on the highway near LSU at 11:30pm. After 2 other services were busy and couldn’t help us, I found this company. They answered right away and showed up to replace the tire within 20mins. Great service!
Love them. We were at work that night. A 80 yr old white, army vet, driving home, ran off I-10. Came driving across our parking lot, Seeking help dragging a fence he took out, behind his car.. the car sounded bad, with mud, and grass, everywhere, so he parked.. He got out saying he was confused.. thank God I saw him, he was headed to the hotel next door on foot to ask these 6 guys standing there, fist full of $$ for help. I was picking trash, and saw him, he asked me for a tow truck or help to call a officer. He said he couldn't find his phone.. I ask could I help, he started to cry say he was tired and didn't know where or what area he was in.. the 6 guys saw us, 3 started walking towards us asking him what happened. One told him for $300 they would tow him. I wasn't leaving him alone with those 6 guys, I got and was super scared. I begged him, to lock his car up, and come in Wh with me. A real tow truck not that high. We helped him inside wh to call a tow truck and get him a hot coffee. I told him, he not in a safe area and if he had walked up flashing $100 bills to them guys, he could of been robbed and plz to put his $$ up and we would help him No charge. A tow truck came a hr later, and put him in his truck and took him and his car to Zachary, La... Soooo glad at 2 am they came to help him... Great job...
Had a flat on interstate called these people for help and they said that there employees r not equipped to plug a tire. Huh???? But they could tow me.....
Bill provided excellent customer service and have be a fair price. He came in the knick of time and rescued me and my wife in Baton Rouge, LA. thanks again. A lil pricy, but it's worth it.
Hate that I had to use them, but glad they’re around. Bill was polite and professional and fast. Got to me under 40 minutes, wasted no time in loading my vehicle up and getting it unloaded.
This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a company in a very long time, extremely rude and unprofessional. I spoke with a man by the name of Bill, he left me, my 2 year old son, and my wife, stranded on the side of the road so he could go to another job in Houma that paid more money. We only needed to go 5 miles down the road. He didn't even try to refer us to someone else who could help.
Fast. Professional and courteous. From the receptionist, to the owner, it was a great experience. I definitely will use them again if I ever need a tow.
Save your vitriol for those tow cars for another company... this one only gets people off the highway when they are in desperate need of a tow. Cannot say enough great things about ERS! They were prompt, personable and very cost effective. You do have to have cash to pay, but considering they were about a quarter of the cost of the big guys and promised they'd be there in 1/2 the time, it was worth every penny. They don't do contract towing, which means if you see ERS out on the highway, they are heading out to help someone who has called. Smile and wave, don't flip 'em the bird! And they have a flatbed, which helped me because my hubby had a double blowout front and back so he couldn't just be pull-towed. They're in my cell phone from now on!
