I asked Jeremy for a quote to pick up my truck and take it to my mechanic shop. He gave me a quote over the phone and I agreed to the price. He called me after he loaded my truck and told me that he needed more money because my truck was an f250. We argued about the price change and I decide to get another tow company. Since he had my truck already he kept my truck all day and didn't drop it back off until hours later. He's a lying snake, don't use minor towing.

This family run service is great. I received excellent prompt service for a jump start for my dead car batttery. Got me up on the road quickly. Charge lasted the full day but they informed me I'd need a new one. The battery was 8yrs old. Got my new one the next day, their mechanic they outsourced from AAA came and installed the new battery at my apt within 30 mins. Very decent and affordable service fees.
Really nice company, and felt like a neighbor was helping me out instead of just another 'pay up - see ya' business. Will definitely be recommending Minor to everyone that needs prompt,courteous roadside help.
They got me out of a big miss I had my car stuck in the mud and they were able to get it out.
The exhaust fell in the process and it was not their fault this is been very difficult tow and I asked them to help me drive it to a mechanic and they did .

I would definitely highly recommend using Minor Roadside and Towing. He gave me a flat rate. That's the most important part about it. There were no hidden fees and there were no extra charges. Everything was done up front and I highly recommend dealing with this company again. I also would like to add. I called him and within a half an hour he showed up to my destination and started the Towing process. So if anyone is looking for a tow in Baton Rouge I highly suggest Minor Roadside and Towing.

Minor Roadside & Towing LLC has are a wonderful towing coming. I received service From Mr. Jimmy today to get my jeep towed from my job to my residence. I only waited 10 minutes, and the driver had than pulled up loaded my jump & drop us off to our destination. The driver also was polite & respectful. Great rescue team, I had three flat tires I called Mr.Jermey and less than 15 minutes, he towed my truck and called ppl to replace my tires with new ones, and he made sure that I leave Baton Rouge safe ! May God bless their business more and more !
I spoke with Jeremy around 0745 to get an estimate to have a vehicle towed from Lafayette to Baton Rouge. I was given a reasonable price. Dealership opened at 0830. My vehicle was towed safely to my residence before 1045. Very professional and friendly service!! Will used this company again if I need to. Happy Customer!! Thanks a lot!!
I needed to have my car towed to my local repair shop and I just did a 12hrs overnight shift and I called Minor Roadside and right after I filled out the information on their link I received a On My Way message and I didn't have to wait long at all for them to be in front of my house and hooking my car on their flatbed. Very professional, reasonable pricing and courteous. I would highly recommend this company for any of your roadside assistance needs. Plus you can ride with your vehicle to its destination saved me more money.
Minor Roadside is THE WORST, towing company that I have ever used!! They took my car after being asked to drop it and charged me an arm and a leg to come get it and most of all NEVER full filled the job they were hired to do. They claim to be Christian and there to help but in my experience they have no patience and are very rude! I would never recommend them to anyone!! Know your rights as a customer because they will take advantage of you if they can!!
Jeremy showed up and showed out. I called and he was there within 15minutes. I’ve never experienced that with no other tow company. It was pouring down raining and he asked me if i had an umbrella and i told him yes it was in the trunk he got it out for me opened it up and told me i could wait in the truck.he was a true gentlemen. He even made an unscheduled stop for me. Jeremy was friendly, nice, professional and convenient plus price is just right. Thank Jeremy i look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Highly recommend, good price, and knows what hes doing. Took my work trailer 1.5 hours home with no issues. Even sent a bigger truck just incase. Will use him everytime if I'm working in this part of the state.

I cannot RAVE enough about this towing company! I took a quick trip out in a vehicle I knew was having some issues. Needless to say, the clutch pedal ended up on the floorboard and I was stranded. The first towing company I called notified me there would be a 2 hour wait. So I hung up and my next call was Minor. He was there in 20 minutes and to my surprise A FLAT BED!!! I was thrilled !!! When all was said and done, I discovered that not only was this employee very pleasant, helpful ( I had my younger handicap brother with me ) but it was the owner!!! My pleasure to meet you Jeremy Minor! Should I ever have to be towed again, I will be calling ya! I cannot say that I was happy to pay a tow charge, but it made it much easier to swallow!
