Hayes Towing is awesome! I needed a storage shed moved from one location to another. Tow truck drivers Darryl and Steven show up within an hour of when I made the call. Did a remarkable job of maneuvering the shed in between a tiny space in a backyard. They worked really hard at placing the shed in the exact location I needed it to be on the second property. I really appreciated them going the extra mile to make sure I was extremely pleased with their service. Thanks so much for your professionalism and excellent customer service!

Had 2 flat tires. Hayes Towing came out even before promised time. Jaylon was very personable, knowledgeable, and just an all around good guy. Got there and took less than 10 minutes to get my car on his tow truck. Would absolutely recommend then for your towing needs. Please give them your business.
Car broke down at 11pm in baton rouge. Their shop was 12 miles away. Was given a 60 to 75 minute wait time. Then that was upgraded to 75 to 105 minutes. 30 minutes after his arrival time I was called by my insurance not even the tow company to be told atleast another hour wait. I left my car parked at 2am. Will never use them or suggest them to anyone. No common courtesy even on the professional level. Pure bad business.
I have used this company quite a few times for a few years and they have always been courteous, efficient and affordable.

We can’t thank Hayes towing enough they come to our rescue after me and my husband and our 4 dogs broke down headed to Texas from Florida, they did everything to help us including finding us a hotel close to a rental car place and even booked it for us. They made us feel like family and kept us and our animals safe. I’d trust them with my life and will never be able to thank them enough
I was driving to Houston and just passed Baton Rouge on I 10 West at about 9:30 pm when I got a flat tire (bad one) and pulled over on the side of the interstate. I called about 5 tow truck companies and each one was not able to help me except for one...HAYES TOWING! Jaylon was sooo nice and positive and was able to send a tow truck out to pick me up and transport my SUV directly to the tire shop. The next morning I got a new tire! Thank you so much Jaylon and to Jonathan (tow truck driver) who was so nice and caring as well! TOP NOTCH, WONDERFUL SERVICE making a difficult situation into a positive one!! THANKS GUYS!! ......HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Very easy to deal with! They towed my car overnight to repair shop of my choice so I could have car repaired first thing in the morning. Charged $150. Would use again.

I’m so grateful for Mr. Darryl for his help with my tire change. He was fast ,Professional and patient with me. I was overwhelmed with everything. He help calmed me down and he also was a pleasure to deal with. He also showed up in a timely manner. Considering I had to be somewhere at a certain time. He was very knowledgeable and nice. I was in need of a tow made a few calls that went to auto answer machine and they were the first to pick up . Price was extremely fair so I was waiting for the up charge. Didn’t happen, but what did happen . I was met with the most respectful and considerate tow truck driver I have ever encountered. The owner knows how to pick out employees and their service is beyond all others . Can’t tell you how much I appreciate their old school approach.

After one of the most stressful weeks of my life, I received some tough news about my vehicle and urgently needed it moved. Thankfully, I reached out to Hayes, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The guy who helped me was absolutely incredible—professional, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make things easy. He arrived right on time at 4:15 and patiently waited while the dealership wrapped up their part. Everything was handled smoothly and with care. The people at Hayes are genuinely sweet, easy to talk to, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. Outstanding service from a wonderful business! I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a tow!
Called two other supposedly 24/towing companies before I found this one, Never got ahold of anyone at the first and never heard back about the voicemail I left or the text I left for "faster response times", the second one couldn't help me until the next day. These people responded right away and were nothing but kind, polite and professional. Nia Hayes explained that all three of their tow trucks were currently helping other customers, but that as soon as one of them became free, they would definitely be able to help me tow my car from Prairieville to Baton Rouge on a Sunday afternoon, and have me ride along so that I could be picked up at my mechanic's shop. It took a little while for one of them to get to me, but I was fine with that, since I was confident that someone was actually coming. Kyle called me when he was about 15 minutes away and again to let me know he was within a minute away so I could meet him outside by the car. He was kind, polite and courteous, and was confident and very knowledgeable about exactly what he was doing. An excellent and experienced professional. I am very impressed with the service I received, especially for a Sunday afternoon, and I reccomend this company to anyone who needs a tow in their service area. I will definitely be reccomending them to my friends, family, and anyone else who needs a tow.
This past Friday I was headed from Florida to Texas when my car left me stranded between Baton Rouge and Lafayette...not an exit in site!!! Hayes Towing came to my rescue...with 18 wheelers flying by, communication was not easy at all...but Mrs Hayes was so patient and stayed on the line while she got ahold of Kyle, the driver. And Kyle himself was amazing!! Got my car up on the flatbed in no time...and had us off side of the road and to a safe place. My pups were in my car and Kyle could've said "heck no".
..but he was patient with them and didn't skip a beat. I'd recommend them over and over again.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We needed my son’s truck picked up after an accident and called another company. 6 hours later they said they could be there in 30 minutes and we needed exact change if paying with cash. I called Hayes and the nicest, most polite dispatcher said she could have someone there in 20 minutes and they would work with the insurance company. The driver had my son’s truck at my house in less than an hour from the time I called them. Both the dispatcher and driver went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. If I need towing in the future, I will not waste a call on another company before giving them the first shot.
We were going to New Orleans for Father’s Day lunch with my daughter and my husband’s transmission failed and shut down leaving us stranded on the shoulder of I-12 E in a blinding thunderstorm. Kyle was our driver and helped me drop a pin to mark my location as we weren’t near any town. Kyle was the most polite and kind young man I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in quite awhile. He gave me an ETA and was there within that time frame. Hayes Towing is highly recommended.

Used them today and can't say enough good things. They were quick and called several times to check on me. The driver Daryl was wonderful!!! He was so protective and caring. Being stranded on the side of the road is scary and I knew immediately after talking to him that I was in good hands. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you Daryl and Hayes Towing!
Darryl did a fantastic job! He has great customer service and was really talented and experienced at getting my truck off of his trailer smoothly and efficiently.
Unfortunately, one of our trucks broke down, but fortunately, we called Hayes Towing. They handled everything flawlessly, even with our unique lawn and landscaping truck setup. They secured it properly and got it to the shop quickly, which was critical for keeping our crews running. Their service was fast, professional, and easy to work with. On top of that, they provided an extra layer of comfort by taking photos of the truck at pickup and drop-off, since I couldn’t be there in person. That attention to detail meant a lot. Highly recommend Hays Towing for their reliability and outstanding service!
I had to schedule a tow for my truck after an accident on the highway and I came across this company through a Google Search. Definitely glad I proceeded to have my vehicle towed through them. Mrs. Hayes was very polite and offered a prompt quote upon calling. My tow driver Jimmie was very punctual (actually arrived 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled pick up time), knowledgeable, and polite.
