My daughter lost her key and Daryl towed her car home. When it was time to tow to the dealership he was the sa.e person to come out again. He was very courteous and polite. He did not disappoint. Thank you for taking care of my daughter's car.
Had a flat in Gonzales. Called and the lady on the dispatch was super helpful and very friendly. She helped me find a local tire shop, we did a three way call with them and the trucker who came to pick me up. Everyone was super nice, didn’t get any bad vibes at all! My assigned driver, Dante, came to get me in 30 minutes, charged me $215 flat and they take Apple Pay, Cash App, etc. While getting my tire changed, the driver told me stay in the car, he even took a picture of the old tire for me and showed me that I had 2 nails in it. He was friendly and a really good conversationalist. Thank you guys for your service! Best in the city!!

Hayes towing has helped us twice now. Today a very nice and professional young man came to my home to tow my truck to a repair shop. He got it loaded and safely to the shop. From calling them in the morning to having my truck towed in the afternoon, everything was great. I thought I would go ahead and add to their already great reviews! :)

I, shamefully, got my car stuck in some mud right in the middle of Walker, in the early morning. After calling to see about the ETA, I was informed that the driver was heading to assist another person stuck in the mud, in their yard, first then would be heading to me. That was no issue at all - I was just happy to know someone was coming. I very quickly received a text and phone call stating that the driver would be coming to me first instead, since I was in town and not at a residence. Such a simple gesture really meant a lot to me this holiday season. Thank you for your help and thoughtfulness.
Dispatcher answered promptly during morning rush hour. Driver responded quickly to report that he was en route. Got directions quickly and clearly. Arrived very soon after. Handled my vehicle with respect, documented before loading. Was on his way to repair shop and arrived early with no issues. Would definitely use this service provider again. Cost was handled by provider through insurer (State Farm) with efficiency and professionalism.

I called and used this company based off the reviews and they did not disappoint. The dispatcher answered, was friendly gave me an estimate of price and time frame for driver to arrive. He was there rough on schedule. I almost missed him due to my eyes being heavy but Darryl was a great sport, good personality and very helpful.. if you’re in need a tow I suggest you give them a call.. they are reasonably priced.. again thanks for the service. I called my warranty provider to get roadside assistance so, they gave me Hayes towing. They me a time 9:20pm to 10:15pm. I called the towing company about almost 10pm someone answer and said they had one driver and they had several car in ahead of me and went on to say it will be 12 midnight before someone can get there. After I didn't receive a phone call after midnight so I called them no one answered so I called my warranty provider they called them as well and no one answered.
They have friendly, fast, and professional services. They dispatched the tow as soon as they received my call. They communicated with me above and beyond and they have reasonable pricing for clients. I highly recommend this company for any towing needs you have in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. They are liable, family oriented and owned, and trustworthy to tow and handle your vehicle with care.
I have a very long and narrow driveway, and I needed my car to be towed on a wheel lift. The driver was awesome. Did a great job. I couldn’t watch because I was so nervous. Very tight space, but the driver maneuvered with such confidence .

Had to get my car towed and they did a fantastic job. They were quick and reasonably priced. I wasn’t able to be physically there for the car to get towed (which made me nervous since I’m a very hands on person with my tiny car). They were great at communicating with me and making sure I knew the car got to its destination.
Hayes Towing is awesome! I needed a storage shed moved from one location to another. Tow truck drivers Darryl and Steven show up within an hour of when I made the call. Did a remarkable job of maneuvering the shed in between a tiny space in a backyard. They worked really hard at placing the shed in the exact location I needed it to be on the second property. Car broke down at 11pm in baton rouge. Their shop was 12 miles away. Was given a 60 to 75 minute wait time. Then that was upgraded to 75 to 105 minutes. 30 minutes after his arrival time I was called by my insurance not even the tow company to be told atleast another hour wait. I left my car parked at 2am. Will never use them or suggest them to anyone. No common courtesy even on the professional level. Pure bad business.
We can’t thank Hayes towing enough they come to our rescue after me and my husband and our 4 dogs broke down headed to Texas from Florida, they did everything to help us including finding us a hotel close to a rental car place and even booked it for us. They made us feel like family and kept us and our animals safe. I’d trust them with my life and will never be able to thank them enough
I’m so grateful for Mr. Darryl for his help with my tire change. He was fast ,Professional and patient with me. I was overwhelmed with everything. He help calmed me down and he also was a pleasure to deal with. He also showed up in a timely manner. Considering I had to be somewhere at a certain time. He was very knowledgeable and nice. Hopefully I will not need to use the service no time soon. But I will definitely use them again and ask for Mr. Darryl. A good reliable person.

This past Friday I was headed from Florida to Texas when my car left me stranded between Baton Rouge and Lafayette...not an exit in site!!! Hayes Towing came to my rescue...with 18 wheelers flying by, communication was not easy at all...but Mrs Hayes was so patient and stayed on the line while she got ahold of Kyle, the driver. And Kyle himself was amazing!! Got my car up on the flatbed in no time...and had us off side of the road and to a safe place. My pups were in my car and Kyle could've said "heck no". ..but he was patient with them and didn't skip a beat. I'd recommend them over and over again. ***If you zoom in you can see my pups little heads in the backseat window :)
