On June 17th, I drove up almost near closing time! The workers were very helpful as they took the items off my truck!

We've been coming here for about 2 and a half months now and it's been nothing but great customer service and obtaining little knowledgeable facts here and there. A great bunch of guys and a great group of ladies at the cashiers window. I truly love doing business with these guys when I need a little cash to get by.
I came in with 316ss and they told me they had to accept it as 303ss which was at a much lower cost. Simply because their test gun to identify material was down. I took the lower amount because I NEEDED it. However it’ll never happen again. I’m a machinist. I know what I brought them
It was my first time it was very confusing the signs weren't clear as to where I was supposed to go, it was a little wild at first but all in all went well once I figured it out
More directions and guidance would be helpful. Apparently across from 68th Ave takes bigger things (I brought 2 intact air conditioners and I unloaded them by myself). Across from 70th Ave takes cans and other smaller things. Took time but the worker was nice to me.
I sat for an hour to get loaded finally someone named Luther came and told me he didn't have a load for me and told me to leave, I politely told him I needed 3 minutes to call my boss. He told me to get the F# out of there and gave me the finger, I told him once again I needed to call my boss. He told me he didn't care if I fing rotted. Very bad place, don't do business with them, dont go in there.
