We were driving back home from vacation Friday in New Orleans to home in Arkansas when my car broke down nw of Baton Rouge. It happened so fast we had no clue what was wrong with it. We needed to get back home so had the car towed to the dealership & rented a car to get back home. The dealership couldn’t check my car out till Monday or Tuesday the following week. The engine was blown. It was too much money to put a new engine in it & the dealership needed it off the lot. I’d called a couple of junk yards but I was going to have to pay for another tow plus they required me to meet them at the dealership with my title & identification which is almost 500 miles one way & I had no vehicle to get there so was going to have to rent another car. After numerous calls to different places I was given Jose’s number to call. Jose was absolutely fantastic & took care of everything without having to rent a car or drive to Baton Rouge & back home again. He did everything he promised he would. I don’t know anyone in Louisiana so it wasn’t like I could call anyone to assist. Jose was a lifesaver for me. I’d highly recommend JNR Recycling to everyone!
