Requested car seat repair. Was told that she would call back. After waiting two days, I called back and was assured that she would call me with prices. After two days, I called back and was told she would check with suppliers and call me back. After 10 days total, I have never heard from this company. Poor customer service.
Owner was friendly, kind and courteous. Reasonable prices. I am having boat seats redone and Barrows also did leather seats for brand new Chevrolet Silverado that was upgraded from cloth to leather. A job that was done to perfection.
Received my newly finished office chair (b46 navigators seat) and was totally thrilled with the quality of the workmanship I received. These folk are artists. Thanks to the entire crew for an outstanding job!
