This is the place I go to find the parts I need as exact replacement. They usually have it or can get it by the next business day. Nothing like a great fit when you install a new part and then it works perfectly
Large variety of parts and tools. The staff is knowledgeable. The only flaw is they want too much for the house brand tools which are rebadged china/tawin tools.
We was in a High School Bass Tournament this past weekend 10/15/22. Our trolling motor batteries bit the dust and our tournament day was part much over that morning. I reached out to the tournament director and he okayed it if I found someone to deliver we could do this. Called this store and they got me two batteries in about twenty minutes. Delivered to the bridge I was out and we swapped the old for the new and was able to finish the day. Very appreciative for going above and beyond to help us. Would recommend them to anyone. I think Matt was the guys name who helped over the phone.

This is a business that was devastated from the elements. It was relocated and remodeled to make a bold and welcoming statement. I can't wait to witness the completed project. All of the employees have gone above and beyond to make this a great place for customer fulfillment.

Even without a physical location so that customers can shop, this is about the most efficient curbside pickup experience we've had since returning home after the hurricane... When they say 30 mins and it's ready, they mean just that! Great pricing with a 20% discount on top... NAPA seems to be one of very few companies, that's NOT price gouging and disguising it as "supply and demand issues." Professionals all the way around!
They always seem to have the bolts I need. Especially the hard to find one's like metric. It's great especially since I have curious kids that end up losing things
One of the few places I went looking for parts, that the employees actually new what they are doing. Forget advance and autozone. If the computers don't work they are lost
I went for a part not really knowing what all I needed. The Sales Representative assisted me in getting the right part and ordered the others I needed. Don't go to the chains, because they aren't always knowledgeable. Landry's has been there a long time and the employees know cars.
We bought a battery for my son's motorcycle and it gave him trouble from day 1 brought it back and forth several times. The battery won't start the bike from a cold start and we have a trickle charger on it. I have replace several parts, rectifier and battery cables, fuses and so on trying to figure out the problem and even took the bike to the shop where they said there is nothing wrong with the bike it's the battery, so when back to them again (4th time) so finally asked them to look up and price another battery. They told us the price and battery size which was different then the one they sold us to begin with. They told me that they would not stand behind the previous battery because there was nothing wrong with it other than it was the wrong size for the bike but would be happy to sale me the correct battery. They don't stand behind what they sale when the mistake was on their part and was rude about it when I asked them if they would stand behind the battery he was trying to sale me. I went to another auto parts store where I will do business from now on and bought the correct battery. We are now riding problem free. I am very disappointed in this store and the way both my son and I was treated.
While there are times they get busy, and you may need to wait, they'll always do their best to take care of you. Reasonable prices and great quality products. Often, but not all the time, they are able to get parts in the next day if it's within their network, as they have a truck which comes via Houston almost daily.
Of all the parts stores I have been too, and I have been to a lot ranging from O'Reilly's to advanced autoparts warehouse and AutoZone the Napa's have by far always been the most knowledgeably staffed people. Their stores typically offer the widest range of services from repairing and building hydraulic hoses to Turning brake rotors, they also have a lot of Class 8 truck parts and tools available. At this particular location I've never walked in and not been greeted with a "high welcome to Napa how can I help you today" . Their customer service/support is top-notch ranging from refunds to replacement parts. Bottom line is this is a family operated store that has repeatedly exceeded my expectations and to me a store that really sets the bar for how an auto parts store should be effectively run! Keep up the good work guy, well done!
Service was good. Walked from behind counter, got what I needed and the young man answer my questions! Also I believedthat was the owner or manager who went I got me a license plate cover then ringed me up!
Ryan Gremillion thinks he's funny BUT he's not!!!! Went in on 3-13-2017 and Ryan Joesph Gremillion didn't tell it was his birthday!!!!! So I'm changing this 5star rating to 3star!!!! And also Happy Birthday!!!! And my visit was pleasant and he even offered me a decaf coffee with a scoop of whipped icing cream.. yummmmm.... quality service they offer. Besides the point let me tell YOU about Ryan Joesph Gremillion. Good guy.
I went to Landry Supply Napa Auto Parts last week to get my truck inspected. The employees at the sales counter greeted me as I entered the store. The store was clean and very organized. I purchased a battery there a few months ago and they changed it out for me right there in the parking lot!
