Took them 2 hours to load up one car for me, they do have more people who can load but only one guy was doing the job, horrible site do not recommend pickups here
Every experience I have at this Copart is a pleasant one all the staff are kind and especially the fork lift driver Mrs Donna!! It’s really no hassle coming here
It is the worst copart that i’ve ever been at. I’ve had 4 drivers that worked from monday to friday, and the people who work at this copart are very lazy and don’t wanna work. The drivers have to go without payload arriving at the time given, and what they are telling me that the time given doesn’t matter to them. There is only one forklift that is the only one that works for them. I hate this so much.
Bought a car from this auction and while the remote key was visible in the pictures, driver brough the vehicle without a remote key, it had been stolen. This is the second time this is happening to me from this particular auction. Guys, BEWARE!!
They have been very kind and very helpful in this process. The destruction of what was going to be my “retirement truck” was rough. Wrecks when you aren’t at fault always are. The lady at the front desk has been helpful as I navigated the insurance settlement.
Place is a joke came from WI app wouldn't let me book an appointment got there 20min after last available apt and basically was told your screwed see you tomorrow not to add they basically told me I was on my own to load all the pieces on the back of a messed up semi
The truth is that I'm not at all happy with the boss of this place. He's an arrogant person. He doesn't help the drivers at all, they drive from very far away, and on many occasions he leaves them without a load for just 5 minutes late. They should change this man. No driver can stand this man. Everyone is unhappy with the manager.
The boss of this yard is the worst person and treats the drivers who come here badly. This new boss is the worst thing that could have happened in this yard. He does nothing to help the drivers who travel long distances. He is a person who should not be working in the public sector.
Went to get our belongings from our totaled vehicle that had been stored here and everything that was worth anything was stolen and If it wasn’t exactly “valuable” then it was the kids toys or sentimental items we had in there that were gone.
THEIVES! They stole all the valuables out of my mother's car. We didn't find out until we arrives to clean out the car. They claimed they cleaned it out for salvage, but if that was true they wouldn't have left behind non valuable items! She had tried to retrieve her items prior to this visit, but they wouldn't let her into their perfectly save paved concrete lot without close toed shoes. They stole hundreds of dollars worth of items and invaluable childhood memorabilia that cannot be replaced. Wouldn't trust them with loose change in your car.
My car was totaled out by my insurance company. My vehicle was taken to coparts . I was suppose to get my belongings out the car. But before i could get my belongings copart auctioned of the vehicle and didnt even give me a chance to get my belongings. No call to give me a chance to come get my belongings. I lost all of my tools and other belongings so they could make there money. I hope i never have to come in contact with this business again. That was very unprofessional in my opinion. But who am i just a person trying to make a honest living. I also blame the insurance company as well. If i hadnt call them i wouldnt even had know where the vehicle was at.
I waited till a bought several cars before I wrote an honest review. So many mixed feelings about this place. I bought several cars that were not listed as running. None were simple fixes, all had destroyed engines. A little heart breaking as you hope one may be an easy fix, not the case so far for me. The one car I bought as a "run and drive" did not drive, and has metal in the transmission requiring replacement. There is no way this car went into gear and moved when they received it. I have no problem with the car needing a transmission but please LIST IT ACCURATELY. The paperwork stuff has all been good, the staff is decent enough inside, no real complaints there, the fork drivers seem pretty good at what they do with no extensive damage from moving the cars around, they seem pretty careful. During loading, its supposed to be time-spaced but remember some people bring 18 wheelers. I've been there as little as 20 mins, and as long as 3 hours to receive ONE car. Its a bit of a clusterF sometimes. Be prepared to wait.
Purchased a vehicle just this week, it said run and drive, normal wear, however, engine is blown up, false advertisement. Also getting out of hand with new charges, if you send a cashier check you have a $20 processing fee. Tell the truth in your posts about the vehicles you're selling. Buyer number 115949, getting ready to be EX buyer! IAA is much nicer people.
Called 5 times in a row since 1:40pm and no one ever came to the phone, I was put on hold without anyone even answering the of course only to hang up the phone
The copart app and website Allstate that this location hours for previewing are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday I drove 3 hours just to be turned away because they said their preview hours are only Wednesdays and Thursdays the lady I spoke with was very rude and disrespectful and told me they set their own hours at their discretion.
If I could give zero stars I would! By far the worst customer service I have ever received. Shannon needs more experience in handling customers, her temper is extremely short or she simply needs to be moved somewhere that isn't interacting with customers.
As a automotive dealer I've purchased and sold over 100 vehicles at Copart shreveport in the last two years. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist me
Their staff is exceptional especially Mrs Erin. There is great customer service at this location in which all are ok but this location i am always in and out with no incidents and i don’t know why but they have decent cars like catersville and tifton and not misleading so far. I am never leaving Copart so i will visit other lots but until i do these are my best 3. Stay safe Copart bc you guys are helping us survive and if it’s not a run and drive please don’t list it as so bc we depend on you guys. Great job. And you guys do need to put the correct thing on the title bc tht also hurts us. If it’s hail just put hail not hail and salvage and correct mileage is also necessary which is correct placement and helps us come back and get even more vehicles unless hail is considered salvage but i don’t think so but thanks Copart.
Fabricated real information about vehicle took off front grille center star and called it Frontend damage, but was crazy enough to leave the center star emblem in the back seat. Also I have a real mechanic inspecting the car and you will never guess what he found out. This will be my last purchase with Copart. This is my true experience and yes they labeled the car As Is and title clean but when putting the milage on the title correct they put 999999 miles pulling the value off the car, in which the vehicle only has right under 150000 miles.
