It says they're open today the 28th of December but no one is here and I drove 55 miles to get here because they don't answer the phone. And they have the hours on the door saying they will be open today.
Remember to assume “as is” is more literal than hypothetical I tried to talk my girl into waiting to look for a vehicle in order to enter the perfect situation instead of getting a vehicle from a junkyard.. needless to say she didn’t listen. I bought her a Chevy that I worked on literally every week until the engine died on her while driving.. didn’t even last her a year. I spent just under $5k for the vehicle, around another $3k in parts, did the labor myself, so guess where this POS is going?… you guessed it, BACK to the junkyard never again!! Ain’t enough love or cat in the world
I stop by this used auto parts place lookin for parts for my old truck. They had what I need on the shelf an the price was way better then new. The man at the counter was helpful, point me right to it an even help carry it out. Good spot, I be back when I need more pieces for my rig.
The ladies at the front desk never know what part you’re asking for, than they don’t know how to price them, I’ve called and went in person multiple times trying to buy a transmission core, and they kept trying to charge me $260 with a 1yr warranty when we both can clearly see that the transmission was no good and only a core
This is the worst place drove all the way from Jonesboro, La and they closed early. Website and the worker told us they close at 5 pm. Got there and they were closed at 4:30. Customer service is horrible they really need to be trained better.
The only one worth going to in this town! Hands down absolutely, I love the ladies that checking in and checking out. They always make me smile and it’s crazy but they make it a good time. And they are open on Saturday and Sundays! I go here for tires and if they don’t have what ya need, check back, cuz that inventory rotates fast. Come correct ans. stay safe !!!
This one's the one to go to. It's the only one I go to, anymore. Staff members are freaking awesome!! They treat people fairly, they've always been super courteous, respectful and friendly, to me.
Bought a vehicle for my son and the transmission went out on him on the way home. We were pretty anxious about the whole thing, but they went above and beyond to make everything right and gave a full refund. Deanna Hensley personally made sure we were taken care of and I can definitely recommend this business.
areo drive location on Saturday July, 8th 2023.while in line to purchase 2 head lights, the cashier clerk, Nicholas, who was very very rude, told me $35.00 so I passed him my debit card yet the receipt said $43.12 . An additional $8.62 for a year warranty was added without my knowledge I asked for my money back right then,but was rejected and ignored. Told me that he didn't have a boss on staff. Will management please contact me about this matter ?Thank you
Update for pipes u pull it Management, I have a question about my visit to your salvage yard today Sat Nov. 9th 2024, I removed and purchased a set of running boards at your Aero Dr location. You see the particular make and model of vehicle I have did not come with running boards on it but I want them on my car so I bought them from your business. My question is if I was charged a total of $10.00 for core charges what exactly am I supposed to bring back to your business to receive my $10.00 back for returning something ? Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.
Great place to find parts. However one need to get parts on the same day instead of returning. I returned to get parts two days later to find that the cars I wanted parts off of were moved to the crush pile. :(
Ms. Deanna was the best. I needed an old receipt for doors I purchased. She had no problem going back and retrieving that receipt and I was in/out within 5 minutes. Thanks Ms. Deanna you're the best!!!!
I arrived at about 4 pm and was told where I could find my vehicle at. I walked all the way back to the back and started working on removing the part I needed (a valve cover). First of all the cars are almost chin high and you have to stack up old wheels and tires to stand on to reach anything. After a little hassling to get it removed I walk all the way up front to the counter, place my part on it and she proceeds to tell me they close at five and I couldn't purchase the part. It was about 10 after 5 so I guess they weren't wrong but the reason people come to a salvage yard is because we can't afford to buy the stuff new. Clearly I was in a bind and she could have just taken the 20 bucks and said have a nice evening but no. How irritating.
This place has a little of everything that you are looking for. I was able to go when I needed to because they are open 7-days a week. The staff was super friendly and helpful even offered me water since it was so hot out. I will definitely be back again.
I purchased a car from Pipes last week. I was expecting a few things that would be needing repair. I knew it was "as is" and "no warranty ". Once my mechanic inspected the car and told me the transmission would need replacing I was completely devastated. Knowing I spent most of the money I saved to buy my daughter her first car I had no idea how I would be able to get the Versa safe and drive able. Deanna reached out to me and reassured me that she would make it right. Her kind heart and understanding of how hard it is these days to raise a child and provide for them. Pipes offered to refund my money and let me return the car. It really does take a village. I cannot express my gratitude to her and Pipes enough. Thank you again! I appreciate you.
We went Sunday and purchased a set of wheels and tires and the price sheet online said plainly 90 dollars for the set of aluminum wheels and tire package. We go to pay for these and the woman told us 128 dollars which made no since not to mention she charged us a 9 dollar fee for the disposal of the tires in which we we shouldn't have been charged bc we took the rims and tires with us I asked her about the price sheet and she looked at me as if I was stupid and as if she had no idea what I was talking about but then said no we charge 128 for them but couldn't explain the 9 dollar tire disposal fee So we were way over charged so I asked to speak to a manager but one was not on duty and I can't seem to get anyone to talk to me about this and it's not setting well with me at all. So if your in management there please leave a number on here for me to call so I can discuss this situation with you please. I would appreciate it.
Can I just say that the new little girl with the tattoos is the perfect person for that job. She was so kind helping my boyfriend today sale his car. And drop dead gorgeous! I honestly believe that she should deff make a career of this her customer service skill we’re through the roof! Thank you ms you were so amazing
Overall I appreciate what they're are doing. Amazing experience for someone who isn't an everydayer mechanic.
I do have to say prices aren't really that great considering your spending all your time to get what you came for. I'd say they're a 20-25% over most things worth the trip.
Although I do say cool experience to make you appreciate the small things in life and to be an imaginative mind.
Very. Courteous helpful and professional! They will treat anyone right especially if you are a regular customer. I only go to pipes never to the other guys! But don't let Tara have a magic marker unattended! Lol. Seriously she will treat you better than fair!
