Blanchard Auto is top notch. I originally brought my vehicle in for a stuck lifter, to Chevyland off of Youree Dr where they told me it had a blown motor and would be $12k for a new one. I found Blanchard Auto to get a second opinion and they fixed it for $550 and it is still on the road to this day. They are very honest and transparent at Blanchard Auto which is hard to come by and now I bring all of my vehicles problems to them. Highly recommend!

The first time I went to Blanchard Auto Repair was almost 7 years ago for the company I used to work for, I had to take in one of their vans for repair. They had listened to the issues I was having with it, found the problem quickly and fixed it. Now years later, I went back with my personal vehicle, and was one again, listened to and respected. I will NEVER go to another mechanic. They are excellent people, caring and compassionate as well. I 100% trust them with my SUV!
After being told by Family Mazda that I needed a new engine I was referred to Blanchard Auto Repair by April. They evaluated my car and determined that in fact I did not need a new engine. They had to replace cylinders and put new spark plugs. My car runs like a new car. AND it didn't cost me an arm and leg. Thankful for the prayer sisters, Jennie, April, Jennifer, Ashley and the other sweet ladies for their prayers and gift. God is so good! Highly recommend!! My 2019 F150 had been giving me issues for over a year and the dealership kept giving me the runaround on different causes but nothing they “repaired” would fix the problem. Blanchard Auto Repair had it fixed on the first try with same day service. Will use them for all future repair work!

Robert is the only shop other than the dealership that we've taken our vehicles to in the last 8 years. Always fixes them in a timely manner, upfront and honest.
EDIT: Thought I would edit and make a response to your comment. There is NO BITTERNESS at all but when I had to pay MORE MONEY to fix the issues YOUR SHOP CAUSED that's time for an HONEST review. You can't throw scripture at people that leave HONEST reviews and call them bitter.

That is coming from Lord Jesus teachings. If you are having trouble understanding it. Would you want someone to do that to YOU for YOU to have to spend MORE MONEY to fix an issue a shop that says they follow the Lord and believe everything in scripture but yet only use certain scriptures to help them get by. I have been debating for a very long time if i should write a review on this place. I just don't want anyone else going to them and wasting their money at a place that DOESN'T CARE!! THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!!

My husband wanted to take my SUV to this shop for them to fix an oil consumption problem, problem wasn't fixed but my money was sure taken.
Skip a few years I got a different car and had an issue with my sun roof leaking which caused my wiring harness to melt together. My husband wanted to take it to them I told him that it was a waste of money to take it to this shop. Well he took it to them anyway to replace it. They had to pull the dash out and the seats.
When I got my car back the A/C didn't work correctly anymore, the car had ambien lighting and the speaker to talk on the phone through the radio. None of it worked anymore.
We called them the owner (supposed to be a follow of Lord Jesus) was very rude he told us well just roll the windows down you don't need A/C, yea, you dont need A/C in LOUISIANA but he sure likes to have A/C in his office. The ambient lighting (that still worked when I dropped it off) we were told what do you need that for. Lastly the speaker to talk on the phone we were told you don't need to talk though the radio just use your phone. Well why do we need it? YOU TELL ME WHY I NEED A/C BECAUSE I CAN'T THINK OF A REASON WHY I NEED A/C IN LOUISIANA?!
YOU TELL ME WHY I NEED THE AMBIENT LIGHTING (BECAUSE I DON'T GO TO THE CAR AT NIGHT AND NEED THE LIGHTS TO COME ON)
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST I DON'T NEED THE SPEAKER TO TALK THROUGH THE RADIO FOR A HANDSFREE DRIVING. I CAN JUST HOLD THE PHONE WITH MY HAND TO TAKE MY HANDS OFF THE WHEEL TO ANSWER MY PHONE. IT WORKED PERFECTLY FINE PRIOR TO DROPPING IT OFF AND IT SHOULD WORK PERFECTLY FINE WHEN PICKING IT UP.
Got the problem fixed quickly and got my truck back same day, which is what I needed!! Also, before we left, we set my daughter up to get her car fixed. They did a diagnostic on it right then and there! Good down-home country, folks who love the Lord and not afraid to show it!! Thanks, Robert & Jenny!!

i read the reviews and thought this was a reputable place but ladies be warned. they will try and slide all sorts of “issues” with your car on you if you dont look like you know a car like your backhand. i went in for a small oil leak and the owner said he would have to disassemble my engine and leave it overnight. well a week later and the drip stopped and my cars as fine as ever.
The best people! My GF and I broke down outside of Shreveport. We got towed to Blanchard Auto Repair. They repaired the coolant hose that blew, but unfortunately there was a ton of oil in the coolant reservoir. They advised that imthe car most likely had a blown head gasket and wouldn't make the rest of our trip. They went out of their way trying to help us. We still had to drive to Auburn, AL. The helped us look for rentals and search for places where we could haul the car back to Auburn. They gave us water and did absolutely everything they could to keep our stress levels down. They were kind and honest people. They looked to take care of us rather than charge for work that wasn't needed. I would 100% suggest this shop. They are also dog friendly! Kind, honest, and caring people...everybody from the manager, front desk, to the mechanics. Wholesome people. Thank you Blanchard Auto Repair. Many blessing to you.
