These guys and gals are great! They are easy to work with and always friendly and informative, not to mention they do great work. I've had 2 vehicles worked on one unfortunately was a total but the other repair was not even noticeable.
I had an accident on Monday night in the middle of a cross - country trip and needed some emergency repairs to get back on the road. When they arrived Tuesday morning they jumped on it and got my truck road worthy again in just a few hours for a very reasonable price. 10/10 these folks are AWESOME.
I had the choice between this shop and Fielder’s. I chose this shop because of the proximity to my residence. It took 3 weeks to complete repairs. There were times I checked on the progress and the staff was rude. My truck was finally ready 10/21. The door handle was practically hanging off. They fixed that and I noticed the air wasn’t working and it was prior to the damage. The light blinks and turns off immediately. The manager stated that it was blowing cold and they added Freon to the system. I picked up the truck again 10/25. The air is not blowing cold and the same issue persists. The light is still blinking. I am not happy with the service that was provided to me.
Worked well with my progressive insurance and kept me informed with weekly updates and finished it as fast as they could. Amazing customer service! Fantastic communication! 11/10 would come back if I was ever unfortunately enough to get in another accident
Well where do I begin? Got into a crash July 3rd. Didn't get my car back until August 24th. But the the length of time wasn't my issue, it was the fact that they constantly pushed back the date to pick up the car. How am I suppose to rent a car when you change the date TWICE a week? Even my agent was annoyed with the lack of consistent communication. The day after picking up the car, I found my car dead, the battery was completely dead and had to buy a new battery which was another $260. The only reason for two stars, is they paid part of deductible which was pretty much the cost of the battery. DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS, THEY OFFER CUSTOMERS 10% DISCOUNTS FOR 5 STAR REVIEWS.
Got in a wreck and they fixed my front bumper before the expected date. They made sure to update me every week, and doesn't even look like I was in an accident

All got was lies about how long my car will take to get finished. It's one of the lady needs deliverance of lies they work together with the insurance. I will never ever bring a car there ever again. U be waiting months before u get a car. It's sucks I'm so disappointed and frustrated
Westport does an excellent job at repairing your car and the customer service cannot be better. They honor their work and if a problem comes up they take care of it. Friends recommended them to me and I couldn’t be more pleased. If you are looking for a great body shop I highly recommend them!
My truck was delivered to this place on Nov 28, 2023. I was supposed to get it back on Dec 26, 2023. That day came and then was told that the parts came in then some were delayed. A week later I called and was told the truck needed to go through paint to call a week later. I did that and when I called back they said the truck was waiting in line to be painted and reassembled. So I call again for them to say that they had to order another part for the fog lamp bracket because they ordered the wrong one when they ordered all the parts. Then I call again for them to say they still haven’t put the bracket on and they needed to put a pin strip on the truck as well as the windshield washer fluid in and I could be up there in an hour and truck would be ready to go. Now I get up here and was told it would be 10 more minutes for the pin stripe to be put on. It’s been about an hour since I was told that. I do not recommend this place and will be tell my ins agency as well. Oh and they also told me they can’t do mechanical work for the issues from the accident I will have to take it to another place.
My parents took their truck in to get the hood repaired and when they picked it up they were so impressed with the attention to detail that was given to their truck. They even washed and detailed the truck so wonderfully that it looks brand new!! THANK YALL SO MUCH!!!
My car was stolen and towed to Westport Bosy Works.I wouldnt send nobody to this car shop. They had my car from may 9- july 9. And didn’t fix everything that was wrong. Everytime i call for a updated they lying about it being in the paint shop or someone working on it. LIE!!!!!! I had to pay $551 deductible and they forgot my alignment.All they wanted to know to when the insurance gone pay them and not doing no work. Still haven’t got my alignment done. So try bossier but not shreveport! Didnt even fix the whole car!!!

When my car was returned to me, the new paint matched the original paint perfectly, I had been given a complementary car wash and detailing, and my car ran smoothly on the road again!

The only thing I have to thank this shop for is that I have my car back period. After my accident they waited 3 weeks to call me to come in to sign papers. Not that they were backed up to get started on repairs, my car was just ignored for 3 weeks until I eventually called and they had no idea who’s vehicle it was.
Multiple times speaking to them they told me parts were back ordered. Fair enough for that, in todays day and age parts being back ordered isnt something to be surprised by. My estimated date that repairs would be completed was pushed back week after week, eventually being over a month past the original date. I finally get my vehicle back over 2.5 months after the accident just to see it littered with things that still needed to be fixed. I called and brought my vehicle back a week later with a list of things that were still broken, only to be told what was wrong wasn’t on their end, that they weren’t broken in the accident so they wouldn’t fix it. Clearly these were things that broken in the accident and they just didn’t want to fix them. After all of that, there is just a very stale smell in my vehicle. Not sure if that’s just a smelly technician or what, but it definitely didn’t help the whole situation. After dealing with this shop, I wish my vehicle would have been totaled just so I didn’t have to deal with them. Would never recommend to anyone no matter the circumstance
On 2/22/22 they were to perform an estimate on an accident I had. It took over a week of having my car to do it and on top of that... they do not know what they are looking at!!! It saddens me they are really in business not knowing anything about mechanics etc!!! They improperly estimated my vehicle damages, they broke my door handle on my car, lied about it, and refused to fix it! When I spoke to the progressive rep on-site about it, he said it was working fine the whole time and it must have happened upon pickup.... but the shop and tow driver said it has never worked. I watched the tow driver put my car on the trailer and it was not broken then! Between progressive, this shop(a progressive network shop), and the tow truck company they are in business with - they are all LIARS! I will be filing a complete report with the Better Business Bureau as well. I was completely disappointed with their care and dishonesty! I would not send my worst enemy to this shop for any work done. THEY LIE AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING AT!!
My wife and I took her 2018 Kia optima to Westport body work in Shreveport for the rear quarter panel that had a hole in it from a peace of iron that was in the road and it didn't look good. But I tell you that westport body works did a awesome job on it and they did it in a week and the paint match up where you couldn't even tell the difference they even went the extra mile to remove some tree sap. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good body shop.
i was having my truck painted and dents taken out it way longer than i was told it would take. then i was told it was ready except to wash it. when i went to pick it up the next day it was not washed really a mess. but the work on my truck was exceptional way above my expectations and i would use them again
Forever thankful for these people & the amazing staff! They have done not only an amazing job on my car but they washed and cleaned it! Smells amazing & just extremely friendly! My car was supposed to be done in 2 weeks. It took over a month! Could not get straight answers about what the hold up was. Once I was told that they were waiting on a part, but they couldn’t tell me what part it was. We went through “oh, it will be ready tomorrow” for about a week and a half. Once repair was complete, they didn’t even call me - rental car company called me to ask me to bring the car back! It really was a nightmare. I will NOT use them again!
My experience at Westport Body works in Shreveport, LA:
Dropped my car off on Wednesday Dec. 20 and got it back Friday Dec 22. No problems with the actual maintenance so far. Got it back sooner than I thought.
But here is where the problem started
I had over 40 dollars (in silver & gold change in a compartment on the driver's size of my car)(mostly quarters) I immediately noticed that most of it was stolen as soon as I sat in my driver's seat (they left $8.95 and thought I wouldn't notice) I let them know and was told that they find it hard to believe that I had over $40 in change in my car and that this has never happened before (I doubt that but that's besides the point because I never had someone steal out of my car but yet here I am) They weren't willing to reimburse me the full amount stolen but to add insult to injury I was basically called a liar (by the manager) and no one was held accountable for stealing from a customer. The only person who was willing to listen to me was the man at the front desk. He's the only person I engaged with the entire time. Not once did I speak to the manager. He didn't talk to me on the phone or in person. Just didn't even have the professionalism to introduce himself to me, make eye contact with me, or even hear what I had to say when he came to the front desk. Just told the secretary lady in the back office to cut a $20 check and left. Completely disregarded my complaint and existence. So someone in your establishment stole from a customer and you mistreat/disregard the customer for having the audacity to address and make a complaint about it instead of finding the thief.
And yes you can put $40+ of silver and gold change in a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. $20 doesn't even fill it half way. Try it.

My car has been there for over a month and a half after the guy told me that it'll be done in a week. I still haven't received my car. The guy hung up my face and lied to my wife, guaranteeing that the car will be done PLENTY of times. I will never recommend this shop to ANYBODY.
