I loved how thorough they were while diagnosing my truck, and when they found the issue they promptly fixed it and were very detailed in explaining their work. While it was a little on the pricey side, they were more than happy to accommodate since I told them I was on a budget. Very good local business that deserves all the success they have. Will definitely be back for future repairs.

Great atmosphere, solid price for the value of work received. Service advisors are attentive and knowledgeable, shop is full of experienced technicians. The manager Thomas, is extremely polite and passionate about the customer experiencing superb service from beginning to end.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! Everyone was so kind and truly went above and beyond to help me with my car. Mr. Thomas took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable the whole way through. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers the way they do. The work was diagnosed and done in a very reasonable time and the SUV is MUCH better now! All/most of my motor mounts failed on our 2013 Ford Escape and needed replacing! They also found some maintenance issues that needed addressing, and they are right about that, but they will have to wait a bit until we recover from this expense.

Broadmoor garage is an excellent shop, they were able to get my inspection sticker done quickly. The manager Thomas was very kind, and helpful with any questions I had about my courtesy inspection.

I have used Broadmoor Garage for several years. I have always been very satisfied with their work. This last time bringing in car with noise in front right. They found problem and fixed the problem which included readjusting my front bumper. I was absolutely surprised as they did excellent job. I didn't think it could ever look this good again. I left from shop a very happy person. I suggest anyone needing car repair to give them a try.

Worst experience ever… I drive a Dodge Charger R/T 5.7 here and I brought my car in for alignment and front passenger wheel work. They quoted me 1200 to fix, coo so I paid my deposit of 800 and waited on my car to be fixed. Took my car in with no other problems and they call me back saying my car is overheating and they can’t fix my front passenger wheel until that’s fix and I’m confused because my car wasn’t overheating when I brought it in and now that your saying it is that’s what’s stopping you to work on my TIRE??? So I asked questions like well my car wasn’t overheating fine before bringing it in so how come it’s having these problems now and why do you guys need to have the car turned on for you to work on my front passenger wheel? They then say again that it’s something they can’t just get passed and that I need to pay to get the issue fix if I want my tire fixed then quoted me another 1800 to replace my water pump, flush it, and everything. I payed the 3000 for the whole work done to get my car fixed and when I got my car back after everything my wheel still was not fixed and now my engine cover was missing from my car. I called back and explained to them that my reasoning for bringing the car in was still not fixed and my engine cover is now missing and they tell me that they do apologize about everything and that I can bring it back in for another “diagnosis” so they can seeing whats wrong with my front passenger tire AGAIN the following next week. At the time I moved to Longview so when I picked my car from them the first time I drove it back home and as soon as I made it there my car OVERHEATED and wouldn’t cut on… I’m confused because I just paid 1800 for my not to overheat when the shop found this “new problem” and it still did and now worse to the point it wouldn’t cut on. I called the shop “hey I’m confused on how at first my car wasn’t overheating when I brought it in to you guys now that since yall worked on it and told me it was overheating, I payed to fix the issue and the issue is still not fixed. So soon I had to have the car towed back to Bossier city just for them to have the car back to the shop. And after the next diagnostic they quoted me another 1100 to fix on replace my heater hoses but they still couldn’t tell me what’s the problem with my FRONT PASSENGER WHEEL. The whole reason I brought the car to them so I just took my car from them and took my car to another who can fix my heater hoses for a more responsible price of 180 dollars and now my car is back running again but I’m 3000 dollars out of pocket because I trusted the people at BROADMOOR GARAGE to work on my car and not only did they not but I got my car back in worse shape that I did bringing it in to them. At least i finally did get my engine cover back after numerous times of reminding them about them removing it and not returning it back to me.

There was way too much confusion with what was going on with my truck. I just wanted a/c service. Twice I was told about other issues that needed to be addressed. But apparently those issues were for other vehicles. Lots of confusion that lasted a week. Eventually got the a/c service and all is working well.

Never going there again. Car had more problems leaving there than it had going there. I replaced alternator and belt. Took car there for ramp gauge not working, had issue cranking. It would turn over just never start. Couldn’t even drive it home. They told me alternator and bet was bad. lol. )I just replaced it) I think they shorted the alternator. Anyways I warranties the alternator used same new belt. Replaced the spark plugs. It’s all good now. Never again

Despite being loaded down with customers they were able to get my brakes fixed within a reasonable time and for a decent cost. Eric was super helpful in expediting the process and getting my vehicle taken care of, even staying late to finish the job. My only concern is a lack of adequate communication and respect for customer time, which is why I can only leave 4 stars. I ended up waiting in their lobby for 4 hours for what was said would only take 1-2, only to find out near closing time that my truck had not been touched. With that said, their office staff were more than willing to quickly find solutions to the problem and get me back on the road A.S.A.P the following day.

I had some work done by them several years ago, but found them to be overpriced. My main complaint is that they will send text messages to solicit work for years afterward. I have called their office on three occasions to have me taken off the list. I am going to call them tomorrow again with a fourth call. Each time that I have called, they said it would be taken care of. I have responded to their text messages multiple times as well, askin to please have me taken me off the list, without any success.

Brought my sister's suv over there for one minor problem, 3 days later they had come up with 8,000 dollars worth of stuff wrong with it, so I brought my sister to pic the vehicle up!! If all of that was wrong, they wouldn't have been able to drive it there to even get it checked ,let alone be able to drive home!!

I have an older vehicle, a 2005 small pick up truck. The instrument cluster died on me. Local automotive dealers don't work on vehicles older than ten years. Mine was twenty years old. The great technicians at Broadmoor Garage were able to find the problem and fix it for me in a quick turnaround. These office folks are thoughtful, kind, and friendly. I highly recommend Broadmoor Garage for your automotive needs. They're good people. Reliable. Honest. Excellent.

We sent our car here after one shop failed to replace our transmission. We were told the previous shop flushed the transmission and it fixed any issues I had. The car was shuddering and wobbly when we dropped it off. We were told the car was fine and didn’t duplicate any of the wobbly issues, we pushed for the transmission to be replaced anyhow. They told me everyday they were going to diagnose my car and send it to the warranty company, but as each day passed and the next came, no diagnosis, they even left my warranty on the phone while they even tried to get them to send it. After 3 weeks, nothing was done to our car, not even a diagnosis. We were fed up and took our car out and still had to pay $160 for a “diagnosis” that never happened AND my car broke down the day we picked it up. So that tells me they never even drove it because it was shaking so bad when we picked it up. They could have just been honest about the timeline. I have 4 kids and that’s my only car. I am now on month 3 with no vehicle because the new shop had to start at square one with a diagnosis.

This was the THIRD repair shop that we took our 2018 CRV to, not including the dealership, which would make four. Broadmoor Garage is the only shop that went beyond the codes the car was throwing and actually investigated the issue and found what the problem really was. Huge thanks to the mechanics that actually worked on our car and huge shoutout to Eric, who was my first point of contact when I initially called and has the calmness and patience of a Saint. And Danielle, who also has the calmness and patience of a Saint, and who went above and beyond with my gazillion questions and even called my husband, who was out of town, to explain all the car stuff to him. I would recommend Broadmoor Garage to anyone and everyone. Side note: If you own a Honda and have 'the every single notification warning light illuminated', unless you're still under warranty, bypass the Dealership and take your car straight to Broadmoor Garage. They will actually diagnose the issue, where every other place will just hook it up to the computer and see what the codes say, and in 99% of the cases, that will not be the problem. You're welcome :)

Love Broadmoor Garage. Have been using them for years on different vehicles I’ve owned. Recently had issues with my wife’s vehicle and then shortly after my truck. Both times we had excellent customer service from Danielle in the front office. She kept us informed on what to expect, the progress during the repairs and what all our options were before and after the service. Would definitely recommend using this garage.

I’m very picky about anyone touching my car. They made sure I was happy with where it would be parked and left! The mechanic was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job doing a lot of repairs and preventative work. It did take a little longer but I would rather they took their time to fix it correctly the first time!! They did notify me immediately when it was taking longer. The entire staff was friendly and treated my mom, my bf, and myself with complete respect! I would highly recommend this place! Also I am not from this area at all so I have absolutely no ties to anyone or any body they know!!

Spent 3k last year on ac on work cargo van and the issue was fixed. There was nothing wrong with heater at that time. However with this recent cold weather I turned the heater on and noticed it was g working at all! Which is weird we never had heater issues, the heater stopped working. I Diagnose the van with help of mechanic friend and broadmoree had installed at home valve which I’ve never seen on car before and we turned the valve and suddenly heater started blowing again. Makes no sense why a shop would do this. My mechanic friend was in shock that a shop would do this. Gladly we fixed the problem but the whole issue seems sketchy. I have not yet called and talked to the shop about this issue but will not be coming back again.
