They charged me $400 for nothing. They spent 1.5 hours looking at my truck, only to tell me that I need to go to a dealer. But before that, I had to pay $400 for their so-called diagnostics. Completely unfair and unprofessional!
Exactly 7 days ago my driver dropped the truck in this shop. I took them 5 days to get the parts and 2 days to fix it. The estimate for the truck seemed overpriced but after 7 days of us waiting for fairly easy job the final total increased more than 1K. This place is irresponsible and way overpriced. If you care about your time and finances, DO NOT COME HERE. Stop robbing people.
Passing thru Shreveport LA in our motorhome and hit a suspension issue (rear stableizer rod) and Warren & Tony were fabulous in getting the issue resolved and us back on the road. Any RVer's with truck/chassis issues should contact 'em. They're located throughout the Midwest.
I took my bus to have Inland to check out and repair my brakes. Because it is a 1986 model they were reluctant to take it on.
But they did. I also needed a fan belt tighten and a leaking fuel injector tighten.
It took over 2 months before I would get my bus back. For the amount of money I spent, you would think someone would have came out and explained what they did. No one did.
After getting home and checking everything out I noticed that my 6.9 diesel did not idle down like it did before I took it to them and the fan belt was not tighten.
After calling Inland, I was asked to bring the bus back. While doing so, the belt came off and knocked off the other belts. I was able to pull into a nearby parking lot. They then sent an employee who came with an attitude and we ended up having words.
I called and spoke with Tony about what happened and how I was feeling about the service I received.
I was not satisfied with the service I received and felt that now I'm going to have more trouble now than before I took it to them.
Vengeance is mine said the Lord. So if things starts to happen around the shop and you are losing money instead of making money, just think of the bus customer and his God.

The transmission in my truck went out on me while driving through Shreveport and on recommendation from the tow truck driver had the vehicle towed to Inland. The service was phenomenal and the service manager was polite and showed me courtesy and considerate to my situation. I highly recommend Inland for any of your repair needs.
J.R. is great at correcting or catching the mistakes before it's a loss for the company client value. Really appreciate that he will take the time to double check. Tony that works in the shop is a company jewel.
They seemed not to know what they are doing they cannot diagnose a truck right took a truck in here five times for a water leak took it to another place one time and they found it had a crackhead for a simple p.m. it takes him a day and a half
Horrible experience husband spent 3500 and the truck is still not fixed properly will not go into the correct gears , they are refusing to give us our money back and do not know how to correct the problem , The truck was not even repaired enough for us to drive it back to Dallas from Shreveport very upset and unsatisfied with the work of Consolidated Truck do not do business with these scammers.
Horrible Experience with Consolidated truck of Shreveport. This Company does not stand behind their work. Almost $3600 later our truck still has the same problem.
