Daughter’s car messed up on Airline Dr coming from BPCC, it started to overheat so I did not feel safe driving it any further. As both of us being women, we didn’t know what to do. Called my roadside assistance and was told it would be up to 4 hrs before someone could come out. So I said screw that & started googling towing companies in Bossier City. Came across Kenny’s Towing so I gave them a call, the lady that answered the phone was very professional and helpful with giving me a quote ( a very reasonable quote might I add), told her I would gather the money and give her a call right back. So I did & she assured me that someone would be there shortly. Only had to wait about 15-20 minutes. The guy that came out, was also very professional. The whole ordeal went smoothly. Towed my car to my home in Shreveport with no issues. I was so stressed out that forgot to get any names. So to the sweet lady that answered the phone, to the sweet guy that came to help- I REALLY THANK YOU ALL!! I definitely recommend Kenny’s Towing and will keep them 1st on the list if I ever need towing services again. By the way it was the Gray 2014 Nissan Altima. Thank you all so much again
Fast service, friendly staff, and the most convenient place in town to get your inspection sticker done! I've used them twice over the last 4 years and I don't plan on using anyone else anytime soon!
I have been a customer at Kenny's towing for last 2 years getting my inspection stickers there. They are so nice and friendly and welcome u with opens arm. I love the little that greets u at the door. The customer service is very friendly! I'm a repeat customer from 2 years ago. Bad when my wife car got wrecked I left my air compressor in there and when I went to get everything it was gone when I called the lady said they didn’t have a reason to go in the car put yet the trunk was opened wider
If they aren't coming the very minute you call, you can't count on them. Made an appointment a day ahead only to get told a couple of hours before they were supposed to be here that they sent their truck out of town and wouldn't be able to tow me at all today
Would def recommend! They worked with me cause I was out of town working so I wasn't able to be there in person for the pick up or drop off and they were cool with that! Got my car to the house like they said they would with no problems! Thanks you again!
I attempted to call a tow truck for a coworker that was in a bind. The person taking calls was about as useful as a soup-knife. Instead of saying they couldn't be of service, they put me on hold before hanging up. When I called back with the benefit of the doubt, I was told they had received a lot of calls in the time we had been on the phone and would contact me later once the truck was headed our way. We called on more reliable people and got the situation handled without the help of these people. No call back. We were lucky enough to have the means to finally get it dealt with. But if we had been a stranded motorist in dire need of help, we would be in a bad situation and not searching for a solution because we'd think help is on the way. I can understand if your company doesn't want to deal with a situation because it seems complex or has a situation arise... but a little honesty and professionalism go a long way.
They towed me from Barksdale federal credit union downtown one weekend had to wait until Sunday morning to get my car back other than that he was polite and courteous upon retrieving my vehicle
Broke down on my motorcycle last night. Called Kenny’s to see if they could tow a motorcycle. He said not until the morning. When I asked if he could recommended anyone in the area who could he didn’t hesitate to name a competitor. That says a lot about a business. Thank you for the referral.
Was very helpful on the phone and was able to accommodate time frame. Reasonable rates. When a tow is needed its usually not a good predicament. They performed the service very well.

I can't say anything bad about Kennys Towing. The staff are amazing people and they will help you in anyway they can. The prices are good and fair and the tow truck drivers are always professional.. Love you guys. Thank you for everything you have done for me and my family and friends.
My daughter’s first car was totaled out by insurance because of hail damage. She got it when she was 16 (24 now) and it was very emotional to have to give up the car. The person that came to tow must have sensed it. She said they were very kind and treated her as if they were taking a family member away. They didn’t rush her and stopped to talk with her and it was just a comforting process. It was unexpected and greatly appreciated.
We used Kenny’s to tow our broken down car as a trade in to the dealership and they were so fantastic. So great from start the finish, professional, kind, and excellent price. We’ve used them twice now after my husband wrecked his car. Highly recommend.
Needed a tow, because my starter died. Brian showed up, and helped me figure it out. Turns out my starter solenoid had died, but not the starter motor still worked. He showed me how to bypass the solenoid and my car started. With the money he saved me I went, and bought a new starter to install. He even followed me to make sure I made it home. Really great guy, and excellent service. Did not try to up sale. Will use them again.
Car was towed after only parking for 4mins talked to the dude that was towing the vehicle he sound like he just made a huge sale and didnt care told me they had a contract with the company in which was on a Saturday night sound like Barksdale and Kenny's is working together to rip consumers off not a angry person but a concern consumer...will never reccomend this place
