  So I go in there and tell him I need the tail light wiring harness for a Nissan I have 45 minutes before they close he sends me up and down aisle 9 and 10 to find a harness off of one of the older Nissan's first before I pulled one off of his later model 2018 that he wanted to charge $12 for. If I was able to get the one off of the older models it would have only been $4 I didn't care either way I just wanted to part. So I did what he said and I went out there and I looked around and I pulled out five different tail lights from different altimas and none of the wiring harnesses matched for my 2017 model that I own. So it was getting close to time to close we had about 6 minutes when I went up to the window and told him I just need to get the one off of the 2018 right here which way have only taken about 30 seconds to get but he said you're going to have to come back tomorrow we're closed and it wasn't even 5:00 yet. So I came all the way from the other side of town I came over there to take care of business and plenty of time he sent me on a goose chase up and down two different aisles and then when I got done doing what he asked then he would not sell me the part off of the vehicle that would fit because he was selfishly wanting to close the business early. It probably won't matter much to them but I will never do business at any of their yards because of what happened here. And I will guarantee I will tell everybody that wants to go to a parts yard or a wrecking yard this is not the place to go because the way I was treated just because it was 6 minutes before they closed and just because I was told to do what they wanted me to do in the order they wanted me to do it. It was a waste of time a waste of effort in a waste of fuel in a waste of taking off work early to go get all this done just to find out he told me I had to come back in the morning if I wanted it.

  There was a lot of vehicles way more than pipes but they confirmed over the phone they had multiple of type car on the bossier lot but when we got there that wasn't the case

  We called them and asked if they had a part for our car, they said yes of course we do. So we came and walked all the way back to where they were and there was nothing. Mind you we are disabled and elderly. So who ever needs a tire or rim for a Chrysler they don't have any but they will tell you they do. They lied to 2 disabled and elderly people.

  Worst experience of my life! Purchased a truck 15k cash and the title never came in for 42 days and with no explanation after buying insurance on it paying in cash never gave me the truck! Finally talked me into taking my money back and not getting the truck because they couldn’t get the title and the owner Derrick said “thanks for the loan buddy” will be reported to OMV and LUMVC

  Call to ask a question about something that I needed help with. Called two times talked to two different people and they were incredibly kind and helpful. And my call was in reference to something that happened in Dallas so they had no possibility of getting anything from me they were just two very kind people. It was so unusual in today's world and I just want to come in this company for their staff.

  The guys in the front were very helpful. I am mechanically capable to a novice level, and they really helped without me feeling like I was over my head. They asked me a number of questions to help me dial in what I needed, and if they had what I was looking for. I was missing one item, and they called over to the other location so I didn't have to run around.

  We drive all the way out from Monroe because they claimed they had a bumper a fender and headlight compatible with a 2009 Avalon. We drove all the up here and they confirmed again that they had 3 vehicles that would match and they had all the parts we needed. We walk the whole down both ways where they said the car was and all 3 did not have any of the parts that we needed. I went up to inform them that they didn’t have any of the parts so this doesn’t happen to someone else and the guy was extremely rude and was acting like I took this info out of space. I would not recommend them because it seems they lack the knowledge of what they actually have and don’t and their customer service is horrible.

  As a first timer, the customer service was great. They gave me a step by step on how the process goes and found what I needed. The dollys were heavy duty, was hoping for something lighter like a wheel barrow for people only pulling small pieces, great for engine blocks and transmissions.

  Have multiple cars but very lazy got here at 4:30 pm and they already said yard was closed. But claim to be open til five. They should say yard closes early so customers don't waste their gas but they don't care. Don't bother going here around 4 pm I got off work an thought I could make it cause of what the time says. Got to get off early just to come here cause these people lie about there times.

  Several locations in S'port-Bossier Area (Ark-La-Tex Area as well), and vehicles are elevated for safe access, even under vehicle. Arranged in rows by "Make" but not necessarily by "Model" or "Year". You can search the online website for availability of a vehicle and find the location(s) where one is located. If you're fairly mechanically inclined, you can pull your own parts and save $$$. If you don't have the skills or the time, they do offer a "We'll pull it for you", depending on the location and availability. Lastly, very reasonable prices and very helpful staff.

  Texas Ave. Location - Friendly and helpful staff! The vehicles being pulled are very organized and easy to find. Just tell the staff what you're looking for, and they'll look it up on the computer. If it's on the yard, you'll get a print out of the location. From there, it's up to you!!

  The staff and management are unhelpful and rude! At Aero Dr. location! I didn't want to give them any stars but they did take my money! It's the last place I look to for a part! Don't like going there, just because of the staff behind the counter! Good luck with that!

  Usually have what I need. Most importantly, do not forget your tools! Even if you do, they have super friendly people who can and will pull your part for you! Each time I go, the prices are less than expected. Everyone there is knowledgeable and helpful. I will be going back!

  I was displeased with my trip here yesterday (Friday July 6th). I was down in baton rouge visiting family and headed back to New Mexico where I live and stopped to see if they had a few parts I was looking for to replace some worn out ones on my car (1998 Subaru legacy). So I walked in and asked where the car was because I saw they had one on their website and it was almost to the back of the lot so instead of hauling my tools back there I wanted to at least see if they had the parts I was hunting for. They did and so I went back to the front and told him I was going to grab my tools. And he said "we're closing in 7 minutes" so I said alright I'll grab what I can and then look at my phone at it said 5:13 (they close at 5:30 according to the paint on their door). So I go and grab my tool bag and run back out the the car in the lot and grab a few of the smaller items on my list that can be taken off in little time relatively easily. I walk back up to the front and it's about 5:21 and the guy says "you made it" so I get checked out etc and put my tools and few parts I got into my car and am getting cooled off and it's now about 5:25 and as I'm sitting in my car when they walk out of the door and lock it and get in their vehicles and drive off. That will be the last time I ever go to a U Auto Pull It. I will take my money somewhere else in the future.

  Understaffed, slow...and I had an appointment scheduled for this morning on Friday! I ended up getting my vehicle HOURS later than the 30-45 minutes I was told it would take to install the wiring for my tow package. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed the pink mini Bic from my ash tray was missing. I'm not worried about the lighter, but I'm glad I didn't leave my gun in the console. I won't be doing business here again.

  Well organized junk yard with decent prices. They offer a discount card which is worth the price if you use the place often. Car/truck selection is good for common Chevy, GM, Ford, Dodge vehicles. If you are looking for a rare brand or model they may not have it. Check their website for listing of vehicles on the lot and take note of how long the vehicle has been on the lot. After a month or so, vehicles get pretty well picked over. I was able to easily find 4 GM window motors, some bulbs, bolts, screws and trim pieces all in decent shape. They allow 30 day returns on the window motors which was good since one did not work. No hassle with the return. Went with 5 stars even though the bathroom is a port-a-john and place is dirty, but it is a junk yard, should have too high of expectations. As far a junk yards go, this place is organized which helps to get in find the vehicle you need pull your parts and check out with ease. Wish more auto junk yard were like U-Auto-Pull-It

  Not a bad place, good customer service. Good place to get parts if you drive a pretty common vehicle but I've seen bigger places with more to choose from. Scored a chevy truck grill for less than 50 bucks and a windshield washer pump for 5 bucks
