I broke my serpentine belt coming down the mountain. I found everyone at South Kentucky Truck Services to be honest and they treated my rig with the utmost care.
I was stranded on I75 at the Tennessee Kentucky state line on July 28, 2018. I called several shops who could not help but one in Knoxville recommended South Kentucky Truck Services. I called them and they were quick to help. They towed my pickup and car trailer to their shop on a Saturday afternoon. They diagnosed the problem and as soon as the Ford dealer opened up Monday morning they had the part and had my vehicle promptly repaired. Repair cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend South Kentucky Truck Services.

We was traveling South 75 in our motorhome, when it began to loss power on Jellico. After numerous calls to other services in the Jellico area we was referred to South Kentucky Truck Services in Williamsburg Kentucky. They were very helpful and was able to get us back on the road. I would highly reccomend them if you are in the area and you find yourself in a similar situation.
We had a problem with our boat trailer coming down Jelico. We called South Ky Truck and they were so willing to help us. They came to see if they could even fix the problem while we were pulled over in Jelico. They also stayed to help load the boat onto the tow vehicle. Once we got the axle to the shop,they fixed the trailer immediately at a fair price. It was nice to have someone to care about what we were going through. Thanks.
Broke down near this shop, they had to replace the clutch line, they got the truck done in 1 day that was good but week and a half not even 1000 miles later the airline from the compressor to the air dryer got cut on the frame lost all my air while driving had to stop on the hard shoulder call road service and when the road service came we only saw few zip ties holding the massive bundle of lines that this shop had to work with when they were changing the clutch line.... this shop will leave you with a massive bill and big headache. It looked like a decent shop but I guess i was very wrong.. Avoid them if possible
Please don't go to this place ever! The worst people work here, they took 3 days to do the filter cleaning and charged me $2500 for job that's normally runs around $1000! They being lied about time they need to fix, hold me there over the weekend and give me enormous bill for the bad job they have done! Didn't want to explain the bill and the parts they installed! Owner hang up on the phone few times!
Truck transmission broke down. Robbie had the new transmission located and all other parts together and I was up and running in 48 hours. Top shelf operation. Rides to and from the motel.
