The guys here were absolutely amazing!! I am on my way home to Ohio from GA and my vehicle started knocking and the check engine light came on.
They ran the diagnostics, told me the possible issues, I googled and found out what I needed to do and buy. Then the guys helped me find what I needed and I got my vehicle all fixed up!

My car overheated on the highway and luckily I was close to O'Reilly. The staff was incredible in diagnosing the problem and helping me get back on the road. Great service and staff!!
I could not have asked for more from our experience at the store. We pulled in with a steaming engine. The managers immediately jumped in and helped us identify we had a faulty water pump. Concern over having the parts needed for my 2014 Durango were quickly eliminated as the parts were in stock. They (Tyler and Kota) even helped us line up help to fix. What a great job. O’Relly’s should be proud of this staff and fortunate to have such a great team. Wow!
These guys didnt know anything about cars i went for lug studs an they couldn't figure out they right ones for my car. I'm illiterate when it comes to vehicles but I felt like it was a little ridiculous that i had to go back 3 times for the right parts. But at the end of the day I did get right parts but it was aggravating.
Well maintained, clean and inviting with extremely helpful staff and a wide selection of items in stock. After a break down and attempting to fix small things we thought could be the problem, a staff member called a mechanic he knows and got us the help we needed to be back on the road within the hour, with no price gauging despite us being in a tight spot!
Heading home from Florida last week when our car broke down. Fortunately we were able to exit the freeway and pull into the O'Reilly store in Williamsburg. We want to thank Shanda for her genuine concern and help in locating a tow and local mechanic who could assist us. It was a stressful situation which she handled as if it were her own. Thank you Shanda - Great job !!!
My 2012 Honda Odyssey crapped out on me 600 miles from home and 250 miles from my destination, i barely made it into the parking lot of this place and the employees at this store saved my vacation, I got a new battery and alternator and they had the tools to get the parts swapped out and I was back on the road in 3 hours. Extra kudos to Darius for helping me even though he wasn’t working, this dude was just there and willing to help out of the kindness of his heart.Shout out to Kota as well for helping with all my warranty paperwork and finding the parts for me. You guys literally saved my vacation!

Very good place to get your car parts and they are pretty fair with prices and if you got question they'll most of the time answer if they know if not he'll help figure out is going on with your vehicle
Stopped by this store and they were so friendly and helpful! Wouldn’t let me leave until they figured out what was going on with my car! Long story short Lonnie and Tyler were very helpful! I was traveling up the Interstate when I noticed my tire pressure warning light come on. I pulled off at the Williamsburg exit and saw the O'Reilly store. I thought they might be able to tell me where to go to get help. Andrew greeted me with a smile and grabbed a pressure gauge to check the tire pressure. Then he directed me to a garage that offered assistance. Big shout out for Andrew and many thanks for helping a little old lady get quickly back on the road! Great customer service. Thank you!
Great customer service both the manager and employee. Stopped in with a dead battery and the shop jumper failed. The manager pulled around in his personal vehicle and got me going. Really shows true character when they are understaffed. So they are hiring like crazy.
Wonderful customer service today! The man who helped me was very kind, and polite. He tried everything he could to assist me. Although he could not find what I was looking for, he stayed on the phone with me while he searched the computer for what I asked. His name is Ronald Davenport. I worked here for nearly a year. The only thing you buy at any parts store is convenience so just order your parts online. People a generally good but the store manager can be rude. NEVER BUY OIL FROM HERE, ITS CHEAPER AT WALMART AND THEY KNOW IT.
Had a wheel bearing go bad on our truck. Called O’Reilys and they ordered the part and had it shipped in within a matter of hours. Great customer service!
On our way home from Pigeon Forge, TN on a Sunday afternoon and broke down at the Kentucky Welcome Center with our truck and 34' 5th wheel. Made a phone call to Oreilly's and told them what we needed. Within 30 min parts were brought to us to get us to their store so they could get the rest of the parts needed for us to repair it in the parking lot. Then we found out that they had just opened a store in this location. Thank you O'Reilly and employee, Hayden, for being there when we needed it!
