Ran out of gas at Exit 156 on Thanksgiving Day at 3pm. After State Farm couldn’t find anyone, Bo came through and got someone out to me in 30 minutes from Corbin. Professional service, fair price, and he helped me out when I really needed it. Highly recommend!

Showed up within 20 minutes of calling and price was great! Driver was very friendly, knowledgeable, took care of me and my truck, and didn’t rush me once I got to the dealership. Would highly recommend to anyone!

After waiting over 3 hours for AAA, with no driver ever showing up and zero follow-through on their promises, I was stranded on the side of the interstate and had no choice but to start calling around for help. Thankfully, I came across Bo’s Towing and I’m so glad I did. Despite the late hour and the long distance (a 200-mile tow to Louisville), they stepped up when no one else would. Dave, the driver, was exceptionally helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. Most times people put a review if they had a negative experience, this is not that at all. My son broke down on the side of the freeway and Bo’s got him off the busy freeway within minutes of calling and got him to a repair shop that they recommended right away and was very fairly priced. Bo went above and beyond — a true roadside hero. He answered the phone right away and was calm, polite, and helpful from the start. He stayed with us for nearly 4 hours — helped us disassemble our blown trailer hub, provided tools, made phone calls to parts stores, drove my husband to pick up parts, and didn’t leave until we were safely back on the road. His pricing was more than fair, and his work ethic and attitude were exceptional. This kind of integrity is rare these days. Highly recommend!

I was traveling from NC to OH, in my '88 wagon when tackling a mountain on I-75 south of Williamsburg KY, something happened and I lost power. I crippled my wagon to the nearest Rest Stop. In a panic I called my husband (in Ohio). Who then searched and found Bo's Towing. With zero hesitation they came and assessed the situation, checked the transmission, plus other things that I know nothing about. However, the gentleman explained every detail and within minutes I was on my way. But that wasn't all, they followed me to make sure I had no other issues. Absolutely the best service I've ever received. Thank you, as a woman traveling alone, I felt so safe and taken care of.

Fantastic service, very careful. Very fast response to my situation. I called around 11AM he arrived 20 min later. I needed a 74 mile tow to Knoxville. The traffic on 75 was awful the Weather was worse! We made it with 45 min to spare. Truly great service, thanks Bo!!

Two of the nicest guys. Rescued my Mom and me from the side of the interstate after we hit a pothole and busted a tire. They helped us try to find somewhere with our tire in stock, but sadly we had to order one. Bo came to get us early in the morning after being stranded with a flat tire on Jellico Mountain for 12 hours waiting on AAA. He arrived within an hour of calling him and got our car moved to a tire shop down the road. He was super friendly and kind, and just did everything he could to get us to a safe place. His rate was also very affordable and we didn’t feel taken advantage of in any way. I hope to never see him again in a similar situation, but I’ll know who to call in the future.

Amazing group of guys came out and helped us with the tire on our trailer. While we were takeing supplies down to help with the destruction the hurricane caused in North Carolina/ Tennessee Our tire came off crossing around the state line they came out exactly on the time they gave us. got us fixed quick and even ran to buy parts for us that we needed. These our good people doing good things and we are very impressed and grateful for the help they gave us.

Bo went above and beyond! We were looking a tow but what we really needed was a part that was only a 10 mile drive! After chatting with Bo, he hooked us up with his buddy and within the hour we had our part and we’ were back on the road! We appreciate him helping us out! It’s rough when your truck doesn’t work, stuck with an 35 ft camper, 2 kids and a dog!!!! He gave up a tow job and still helped us out!! A real plus one experience.

Bo is absolutely amazing. My three year old daughter and myself were traveling from south to Cincinnati a couple weeks ago. 75 north in Jellico, TN and I hit about 5 potholes in a row. It was dark, extremely foggy, and rainy. My tire blew and I had to stop immediately, which left my daughter and I in an extremely danger spot on the highway. I was in tears for over two hours for fear of us getting hit by a semi. I called every number over and over that I could find on google. The spot where we were at did not have the best cell service, so I kept losing calls. I called the police, no one came. I finally found Bo’s towing and called. He answered and I told him our location and how scared my daughter and I were. This incredible man left his house as quick as he could to come help us. Even called me back when my phone dropped the call. Called me when he was starting up the mountain. He loaded my car and got us to a safe location. He didn’t have what he needed to change my tire but he took us to his friend that could. He is the absolute BEST!!! If you are looking for someone who cares, gets to you quickly, and extremely nice, this is your guy!!!

We got a flat tire in the mountains on Tennessee, and these guys came and picked us up in 8 degrees. Not only did he do that, but he offered several different options as to how we will resolve our tire issue. Even offered to assist further if we did not find a solution on our own. My family and i were in the middle of moving from Georgia to Michigan. If not for their services, we'd of been stranded on the mountain in freezing cold weather as semi's flew past us. I cannot express enough how grateful we are and how much i highly reccomend this service.

Nothing worse than being broke down at 3am halfway through a trip.Luckily for us Bo answered our call and towed us to a local shop then gave us a lift to a hotel for the night. He also offered to take us back to the shop in the morning if necessary. He was very profesional and empathetic to our situation even though he has to get up at 3am. Fast and friendly service. We were on our way home from vacation, broke down 4 hours away from home on the highway. He got to us quick and took us and the car to O'Reilly, even offered to come back and help us out if we didn't get back on the road. Highly recommend. We can't thank you enough for getting us out of harms way so quickly.

I was up the creek without a paddle on I-75 in my broken down car. To make matters worse, it was dark, in the early morning hours, on a Sunday. Bo got to me quickly and helped me come up with a plan of action towing the car to the closest dealer then dropping me off at a nearby hotel. He is very familiar with his stretch of the highway - knows what is at each exit. If your car is ever Found Off Road Dead (did I say that?) - call Bo!
