Was nice to the guy but then he through keys at me. He would not show me any paperwork. He didn't call E911 to let them know he was doing a repo. Due to that I was able to report it stolen. Along with the finance company saying the car wasnt on there list to be sent to the company they use to get repo services. That company didn't even have the car for repo. They also didn't know how to tow a Cadillac. You have to put it on a roll back. Instead they used a traditional pull with no dolly. The back of the car when pulled out of my driveway left a 1ft deep trench for about 10ft and as they was driving away the cars tires and rear was just dragging.
These guys are the absolute worst people. Tell you your vehicles in one spot once you get there, they’ll tell you it’s somewhere else. They will move your vehicle just to make it harder. “We will move the vehicles around to make it more difficult to get your vehicles back. We moved your truck for that reason.”
Absolutely horrible service. It took me 4 days to find out how to even make an appointment to pick my truck up. And after no one would tell me so I went in to the office only for the owner to literally cuss me out and tell me to leave his property for just asking how to get my truck back. You can tell the owner is soft and only acts that way because people have no choice but to deal with it. The things they do should be illegal, they are only open 10am-1pm. Must be nice to only work a handful of hours a day and even then the entire crew is still extremely lazy and get upset when you ask them to do there job. Worst company ever.
Absolutely trash. You have to pay 25 dollars for them to get your belongings out of the car. They took about 10 dollars in change never got my nice rubber floor mats and on top of all that they didn’t get the tags. Never answer the phone hardly. Been trying for over a month to get my tags back for them just to tell me they can’t locate them. Don’t charge someone a fee and not return all their things.

It ain’t their fault I got my car taken, they’re just doing their job, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get all my things. Like, really and truly good hearted human beings. Can’t say enough about them.
Well all I’ve got to say is if you have a feel for where the company goes through this company to have your car repossessed I feel horrible for you because I’m not going through it but my brother is and he’s paid to get his car back from these people and they are not answering their phones they don’t even care like literally has not answered all day and how many days he’s been calling and that’s not OK so if anyone else is going through this I truly do feel sorry for you.
Never did I think I would be giving a review on a repo company, let alone a five star... but, here we are. There's nothing like having your car repossessed, its the ultimate feeling of rock bottom and I'm sure most repo guys will kick you while you're down. This experience was completely the opposite. Not only was Jordan kind, but sympathetic as well. I wouldn't wish a repo on anyone, but if it does happen, this is the guy you want, I promise you'll shake his hand after all is said and done. Thank you Jordan, your kind words and demeanor really turned my negative into a positive, we need more people like you in the world!
