I don't recommend this place. Had a misfire. Paid over $1800. Drove off. Still a misfire. Went right back. Paid another $130 for another part. Called to pay and was spoken to like it was my fault they didn't fix it the first time because I "didn't change my oil enough". Got spoken to like a child though I'm a 43 yo woman who has always taken care of my vehicles. Even though they did not properly repair the vehicle somehow it became my fault. Anyway, picked the vehicle up second time. Drove down the interstate and started misfiring again. Tried contacting them and now getting ignored. This is the least professional I have ever been treated. After $2000 a misfire should be fixed.

Bobby helped me out several times over the past years when I stopped by without an appointment. He fixed the rubber hanging under my front end on car. Once, I was leaving town I needed an emergency repair. He helped immediately. He and family are knowlegeable, kind and helpful . God Bless their family and business.

After 2 failed visits and weeks of wasted time at other shops, I was referred to C&W, and I’m so glad I took my vehicle here. They diagnosed the problem and had my vehicle ready to go in 2 days. Skilled, honest mechanics are hard to come by, so if you’re looking for one, give these guys a call.

I got in a real pickle Friday evening, their recommended tow company got my truck over the weekend and the issue was diagnosed and repaired by Tuesday.

Fantastic. Even being short an employee or two, they were able to replace my ignition coil in a day and get me back on the road. I'm from out of town, but wish that they were located where I'm from. Great service and a great price; thanks a million guy's!
The customer service at C&W Automotive was professional and crystal clear. There was never any upselling or price gauging. They laid out the issues my Audi was experiencing and told me what it would cost to repair. Repairs took two days and the car drove perfect afterwards.

These folks were nothing but kind and helpful! Not only were they honest, but they were fast! I was expecting the repairs to take a week at least, but they got it all done in one day! Can't say enough good things about them :)
Bobby was very friendly and most importantly knowledge about my car. He explained my car trouble clearly and simply and did not try to upsell me. (as I was over 200mi from home) If you have any car trouble at all around Crestwood, Ky there is nowhere better then C + W Automotives.
