Received great service from Cole. My car key fobs stopped working and he quickly replaced the batteries and explained what to do if I needed to reset the fobs.
Following a recent visit to Dogmetology, my vehicle experienced a complete battery failure. Upon inspection, the factory sticker indicated the battery's age as May 2020. I subsequently visited O'Reilly Auto Parts, where I received exceptional service. Despite not being a regular customer, as my business typically relies on a single parts supplier, Kalem provided valuable insights and recommendations. His expertise led to the conclusion that the battery was the primary issue, and I appreciate his willingness to offer additional diagnostic suggestions, such as alternator testing. I extend my gratitude to Kalem and O'Reilly Auto Parts, and I intend to identify the nearest O'Reilly location for our shop's future needs.
Needed a battery replaced nearly before the store closed, and Jackson was exceptional. The install was a little complicated, but he was extremely professional, courteous, and patient. He would have stayed all night until it was right, we could just tell by his great work ethic. Jackson is top notch, a great asset, and took great care of us. I went in looking for a solution to a problem. The staff listened with understanding and came up with three different ways to solve the problem. I selected a solution and got excellent support confirming the parts would fit the very particular constraints to the problem.
O'reilly's is a good store if you need anything for your automobile. The young man that helped me was extremely helpful. Tested several things on my vehicle for me and helped me figure out what it was that was actually wrong with it. I would recommend this store to anyone
I bought a battery here and 50 miles later the car wouldn't start. It turns out that the bolt that holds down one of the battery cables was loose. I took it back to them and the guy who installed it told me that the bolt was stripped so he couldn't tighten it properly. Instead of telling me that I needed a new bolt he left it loose and 50 miles later it was so loose that the car wouldn't start. He should have told me that at the time but he didn't. Very poor service in my opinion. At least when I went back they let me borrow some tools so I could install the new bolt in their parking lot....
This store can make hydraulic hoses. They were unable to make mine because they didn't have the correct end fitting. But, they were courteous and recommended a place where I could get them made.
Thanks to Sebastian, he helped me find the right products for my vehicle, installed bulbs and wipers on my car all while handling a handful of people with a calm and professional attitude. Very kind and helpful guy! Thank you for your help!
Don’t come here if you value your time or money. The store is run by idiots, but good news is you won’t have to talk to them much since they are more interested in their phones.
Had to stop in to grab some tools for a project I was working on. I would normally buy my tools online (they're a bit cheaper), but I absolutely had to have the tools then and there.
The customer service representative at the front counter had a good sense of humor. Very laid back, but very helpful and courteous. While the tools I needed (breaker bar and 1/2" extensions) were a bit expensive, the quality seems good and I would purchase them again if need be.
Stopped in with a check engine light. Will told me the issue and he was able to troubleshoot the issue and got it resolved with new spark plugs. He’s very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place especially when Will is working. He knows his cars and you can trust him!
Went to have my truck scanned the check engine light was on and running rough. They said they couldn't because of covid19 but that I could use theirs and gave ma a paper to write down the codes problem solved truck is now running great.
