Best repair/tire/maintenance shop around! Great prices, excellent customer service, fair and honest. Unfortunately, they have become quite popular. Still love them but be prepared to wait. Update-be sure to schedule your appointment early and they get you right in!
We had a travel day from heck that culminated in a fierce vibration in our truck. We automatically went to worst case scenarios so we brought it to Edens. Almost immediately, they diagnosed the problem, confirmed it, and proceeded to repair the problem, which ended up being a broken belt in a tire. The gentlemen located a replacement and quickly had me on my way. I can't say enough good things about the service and their professionalism.
We have had to come out here a few times on the past, but great towing service and great communication on their part. Very good and honest people here, they were able to help us with our volkswagen starting issues and not a scratch!
My husband and I started having engine issues on our way up to visit family this weekend, and had to stop and get it checked out. Eden’s was so understanding, able to fit us into their schedule last minute, worked around their appointments, and had our car fixed and back into service in less than an hours time. And did the work with very fair and affordable prices! We are so thankful! When most mechanics would take advantage of your desperation, they did not do that and that was a huge blessing to me.
Took my lifted GMC in for an alignment after I had installed new tires, suspension components and tierods. I am very happy with the results. Rides like a dream now, alignment is perfect. The staff is friendly and the service was great. ?
Unbelievably, helpful and friendly! We picked up a large screw in our 10-ply RV tire, late one afternoon. They ordered us a new one and had us on the road again, by 10 am the next morning. Edens Auto Repair employees were extremely courteous!
My car broke down on a road trip from Ohio to Louisville on a Friday at 4pm. Called 6 shops and Eden’s was the only one that could get me in just to look at it. Got the car down there and the whole staff was amazing. They got all the parts AND finished all the repairs on Saturday morning, and even coordinated with to allow me to pick up the car on Sunday (when they aren’t open) because it was the only time I could get a ride there.

Stacey and his team are an absolute blessing! 120% recommend this shop! Being an out of stater my truck broke down and I had no one here and there are no taxis,Ubers,Lyfts, etc. Stacey and his team not only towed my truck to and from, but took the extra initiative to help me out in such a rock and hard place situation. Compassion and good people still exist! My truck issues gave them a bit of a puzzle, but they dove right in, got the parts in a timely manner and wouldn't take just OK for an answer. Awesome communication and honest prices without trying to pull one over on a female.

We love Eden's. Have been taking our vehicles there for years. Never feel like they're trying to just get money out of us with a bunch of unnecessary repairs.
We lost all power in our suv while traveling and barely made it off the interstate. Called for a tow truck who brought us here. Once Eden's opened, I was impressed with the staff. I don't remember the name of the girl who works the counter, but she was great
I was going to rent a car to finish my transport job, but after talking to the owner, decided to wait. I'm so glad I did. By 10 am I was back on the road with a new alternator. Not bad timing for a local shop that stayed busy from the time they opened till we were fixed and ready to go!
Was told needed repairs of over $700 and went elsewhere and didn't need it. After new tires was told free balance and rotation and when I went to get it , was told "he was wrong and didn't work here anymore".

Absolutely do not take anything to this shop. It was my main shop for over 5 years to get tires and basic work done at. I recommend them to everyone. Now jump to present day he told my mother she needed all kinds of work to even make her car (newer lexus) even road worthy again and was adamant that she not take it home and make an appointment for the next buissness day all she asked for was a bad tire changed to a spare she had and an oil change. They instead refused to mount the tire after telling her they would charged her 50 dollars and told her it wasnt safe to drive it home. Today they tried to rip off a family friend by twlling them it was their fault that the shop wrecked their vehicle and they needed an expensive part. When confronted he called me slander names and told me to get off his property and yelled at me and the customers loud enough the shop mechanics came out to investigate.
We broke down on the interstate pulling a camper back home to Arkansas. These guys fixed our truck. We had borrowed a friends truck to get on home and it would've been better to just wait because these folks were fast. They fixed our truck in a day or two and it stayed fixed. We are very happy customers.
I broke down on the interstate just east of Carrollton. I knew where the problem lie but didn't have the parts or tools to fix it. It was 3 PM Thursday. They came and towed me back to their shop and had me back on the road in two hours. The repair was less than $100. They didn't try to upsell me or tell me they needed to replace something else. They told me I should get my radiator flushed when I get home. The staff was friendly. The bathrooms were clean. They had a Keurig machine for coffee and a water cooler. I hope not to break down next time I go through but I know who to call if I do.
My truck broke down while on vacation. Called Eden Auto Repair, they came and towed me in. Replaced a wheel bearing and delevered my truck back to me. What a wonderful group of people. Could not be happier with there service. Top notch.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! Was just threatened by two different employees in this establishment to be beaten up. They rebuilt the rear axle in my truck 5,000 miles ago and it already went out and said they wasn’t going to warranty any part of it. Fine, I went to pick it up from them and they said I owed them more money because they didn’t like the phone conversation I had with them about the warranty work. They blocked the truck in and said I owned them $40. Cops were called but no luck. I will handle this in court.
Hit a piece of metal on the way to pick up my son, they took my car right in and fixed it even at closing time! Plus school employees and Veterans get a discount! Excellent service!

I had just been through a horrible experience with Marshall Chevrolet after a month of dodged phone calls, having our car confused with another car, lying repeatedly about when it would be done, all for a wheel hub replacement. So needless to say when I FINALLY got it back only to have a really bad coolant leak, I was NOT about to take it back to them. I had heard about Eden’s through word of mouth and everything I heard had been positive. So I took a chance and let me tell you, this business is amazing. They had my car diagnosed and all needed parts replaced before the end of the business day. No dodged phone calls. No keeping my car for a month. No mistaking it for a different client’s car. They had it done fast and done right. I’ve been driving worry free since. They are the real deal when it comes to fast, friendly, quality service. I’ll be taking my car there from now on for all of its needs!
These guys are awesome!!! First they support the military by giving a discount which is never expected but always thanked!!! They also have very affordable prices on all their work. One thing you don’t always get in auto repair places is honesty but that isn’t the case here. These guys are honest people!!! I just bought a used truck and took it to them to give it a look over. I expected them to come back with a list of items that needed work but they said everything looked great and there wasn’t anything they think needed changed in the immediate. Most places would take that opportunity to take you across the coals but not Edens. Thanks guys!!!

We were on our way up to Cincinnati from Louisville when the serpentine belt on our car broke, leaving us stranded just outside Carrolton, KY. It took awhile to get a tow truck, so it was nearly 4:00 when we arrived at Edens Auto Repair and got the car unloaded. They close at 5:00, so there was not much time to work on our car. But they got right on it, and though it was no easy job getting at the serpentine belt on our car, they stayed until it was done; which was about 6:00. Most shops would use an opportunity like this to do a little highway robbery, but not Edens. They got us in and out quickly and charged us a fair price for the work. We are very grateful to them and we want to show it by recommending them to anyone else who is considering taking their car to Edens Auto Repair.
