I had a really good experience with these guys, They’re very honest and straightforward in my opinion. I bought two engines from them. One was great and one had issues which they had zero issue either get me a new one or refunding my money. Definitely will buy parts from them again. They also tried to help me out as much as possible because I live close to Indianapolis
This place treats customers very badly. They don't like it when you ask questions about the condition of the engines, and they don't like to negotiate. They get angry and throw you out. They are very unpleasant. I don't recommend going to this place to buy any engine or transmission.
I’ve purchased two things from their inventory over the last year. I put a transmission in a 2011 Honda Fit and an engine in a 2017 Ford Focus. I’ve toured their facility extensively, I’ve viewed their inventory equally so. These guys have something for everything, and Orlando is one of the busiest businessmen I know. He’s got a legitimate operation going on, and he stands behind what he sells. Everything is sold with a 30 day warranty, and he does not have core charges (that I know of - at least for the things I purchased).
I’ve read through some of these reviews and most of the negative ones pertain to communication, or lack there of. I agree, it can be difficult to get a hold of this business. I’ve personally never given them a single phone call, all of my communication has been through Facebook messenger - not once has a text gone unanswered. Two weeks ago I purchased the Ford engine, and after bringing it back to my shop and doing my tear-down I found a moderate amount of damage to components on the engine. I reached out to Orlando, and his very first response was to bring the engine back and we’ll work it out. After weighing my options, the distance it takes to travel from my shop to his warehouse alone was enough to convince me to get over it. The damage is consistent with a totaled vehicle that he would be pulling an engine out of. I made the decision to not allow this simple little thing get in the way of our relationship.
These guys are honest, and work very hard. Be respectful, and most importantly know the things you’re talking about. These guys will make it worth your while.
Called 11/20/25 for an engine, answered the second call. Guy said he would send me a text with the address and what not. That never happened. Then 11/20/25 called 6 times between 9am and 1pm to confirm I could pick it up 11/24/25 as it’s an hour drive one way, not a single answered call. Called from a friends phone and he answered the second ring on the first call. Will not do business with him, his voicemail is full as I’ve seen in prior reviews and in my experience.
Orlando, replying to this review trying to get me to take it down like you’ve done to everyone else, isn’t working. Maybe just pick up the business’ phone when people call to buy $1200 engines from you.
Not the place to call if you actually want something. I have tried to buy stuff there a few times, and every experience was just awful. Called recently about some parts, they had 1 thing in stock, but for about $200 more than I could get it somewhere else. The other couple of things they said they would have to put hands on it to see and would call me back, crickets. I think this is the 3rd or 4th time I have asked about something and never got a call back. I am pretty sure I won't be calling again for anything.
My question is how to get in touch with these people no answer EVER and VM is full !!!

So I actually did get my transmission from here it fit good and did well UNTIL!!
The bad snow and ice hit and that is when I find out that the 4 wheel drive doesn’t work in the transmission so this place will no longer get my business or recommendations because I was told my warranty has already expired so I have no 4x4 in my truck after the purchase of the transmission and trip to pick it up and labor cost totaling around about $1900.00 living in a place where when it snows inches on top of inches and I am a first responder and can’t even get to work thanks Orlando’s !!
Waited 1 1/2 hours inside building (no heat) for a left tail light lens which was being brought from 4th Street location and when it arrived it cracked and was told by Orlando I could have it for $20 instead of $25.Had to ask him when was the guy bringing the lens ? I already had a cracked one !! What a joke . Plenty other places to go.
This place is amazing and stand 100% behind what sell.I bought low mileage 5.3 for grandsons sierra and they installed. Had small oil leak and they said bring it over and they took care of it.Parts and labor warranty. This guys do what they say and stand behind it.And very fast turn around. I will return for them if needed in future. They rock.Thanks again.
I needed an engine for my Silverado and these guys had tons of them in stock and they were a lot cheaper than everyone else. They said they could even put it in for me
Bought an engine and installation from this auto parts, This is the place to go!! searched for this engine for 3 months everywhere else its $3000 and up. I had the engine replaced and all work done for $2800. Its been over a month and my car is performing as it should, Highly recommend them!
Sadly cannot give a zero star review. But I bought a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze in February under the impression it only needed an o2 sensor. Trusted them because he’s my brother in law. They did an engine swap and a bad one at that. Had to switch the entire pulley system on the side of the engine, new alternator, ac pump, new mass air flow sensor, both o2 sensors, catalytic converter, fuel pump, intake vacuum lines, valve cover and a bunch of other stuff. They used an impact drill on the valve cover and stripped the threads on that then Decided to use silicone to hold the valve cover on. They have no business working on vehicles, if they will do this to family they will do it to you.
Prompt service. These guys changed my engine in one day and I’ve had no problems sense. Thanks very much. I purchased the engine and they installed it. I picked it up and I immediately drove over 400 miles. Thank you!!!
