Justin and his team are some of the best. Fast, professional, courteous and friendly service at an unbeatable price. We went from being stranded on the side of the highway with a blown alternator to feeling taken care of in no time. Justin provided a fast tow, got us a good price on the part we needed from the auto parts store and had it installed by the next morning. His team provided us transportation to and from a hotel and even secured us a discounted nightly rate. They truly went above and beyond with both service and hospitality and we can't recommend them enough!!!!

After extending the time of arrival 4 different times resulting in us waiting over 2 hours they then cancel the request. Now we have to wait another hour and half for someone else to get out here. Thank you very much for waiting our time.
I had used this service three times in the last month for my 2012 Kia Optima. He came out to pull me off a dirt hill and while driving to Louisville the engine suddenly quit on my car and he came out to tow it home. Upon learning the engine in my car is under lifetime warranty I had him transport the car to the Kia Store in Middletown because they wanted it. Road service was handled by my insurance company.
Very prompt, professional, polite, great sense of urgency knowing I was stranded. He even helped unhook my battery when we got to the destination. I am forever grateful and 100% satisfied with the service I received.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with any service!! Extremely helpful and some of the kindest people ever! I was panicked and broken down an hour from home and they were quick and helped me every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend a place for tow service more than this place!
I used triple A through my insurance to request a tow, and Rachel who owns and also drives for Meffco showed up and she was an absolute angel! She was so kind and helpful, simply a wonderful person in general but on top of that she knew exactly what to do and helped me get my car towed a whole hour away. Even when my car was still acting funny, she figured it out and was still able to get it on the truck very quickly and we got to talk the whole ride and she made the whole experience great. My jet ski trailer got damaged at the Vevay boat launch yesterday. Justin and his team came out and repaired my trailer on the spot and then let me store my jet skis at his shop until I could get a new tire. I can’t say enough good things about Justin and his team.
Incredible company. We broke down in their area on 71 in a very dangerous spot. There was six of us and weekend so shops were closed, out of town…worst scenario you can imagine.
My insurance books these guys, says over 70 minutes. I didn’t believe we would be ok for that long and were likely to get struck so I called. Justin dropped everything to rescue us. Came, picked us up and drove us to a hotel he had a negotiated rate at, then got the van to a mechanic he has. We got a prognosis and were able to make a decision to arrange other transport to complete the trip all before the next day. He’s still helping us figure out the repair or how to get our van home, and we were able to get on with our trip. He’s gone way above and beyond and I can’t say how grateful I am.
Highly recommend. Many thanks to Meffco and specifically Justin for getting me and my family back on the road after we hit a pot hole that blew the sidewalls out of two tires leaving us stranded on rt71. Losing a front and rear tire and not realizing it until after the truck arrived, we had a special case in which the guys went out of their way to get a flat bed for our van. Justin also dropped our whole family off to safety to a place of our choosing while we waited to get work done at Paul’s tire (which I also recommend). That wasn’t all as Justin gave me a ride back to receive the vehicle. These are good people.
Wish I could give more stars! We blew a tire on the highway on our way home to Michigan and Justin came quickly to help put the spare on so we could get to a tire shop safely. He was great. Highly recommend if you need a tow!
Absolutely phenominal A+++ service. Great communications! When I called I immediatrely got through to the owner Justin. I always knew exactly when they were coming and they were flexible to my needs. When the driver Nathaniel arrived, he was good natured, professional and got the job done effeciently, even with my rather unique farm equipment situation. Rates are fair, they got the job done with no drama and cleaned up when finished. They earned all five stars here. If you need a tow or emergency service, give them call. You will be glad you did!
Super helpful and fast! My car broke down and they showed up much quicker than I expected. The owner and driver was really nice and made the whole situation way less stressful. After dropping me off , he offered to grab a can of gas and brought it back to help. Took great care of my car and got me where I needed to go. Definitely recommend if you ever find yourself stuck on the side of the road.
I honestly have never dealt with a better towing service. The gentleman on the phone, as well as the tow driver were both extremely friendly and helpful. Even left my vehicle unattended to have it towed & they made us feel very comfortable with their routine steps they have you take when leaving your vehicle. Hugh was our tow provider & he got our vehicle back to us safely, and even had some info about our tire that was locked up. Really nice guy. I would recommend this tow provider to anyone! Outstanding service! We blew a tire on I-71, 50 miles from Louisville KY. Our road assist service connected us with Meffco who responded promptly and kept us regularly informed of their expected arrival. Their truck operator was knowledgeable, courteous, and very considerate. He confirmed we needed a new rim and tire. So, at our request, he transported our vehicle to the dealership 50 miles down the road and then delivered us to a nearby hotel so we could spend the night before the dealership opened the next day. We highly recommend Meffco!
My vans alternator went out tonight. On a Sunday! Had all 3 of my kids and my oldest is special needs and non verbal so I got my other 2 home via my exhusband and the tow truck driver came pretty fast! Very nice and professional and respectful man. I can't remember his name because my anxiety was through the roof but he was awesome and I appreciate him so much

I recently had my truck towed by Meffco, and despite a setback due to a blowout on one of their trucks, I was really impressed with their service. The communication from their team was diligent throughout the process. They were kind and efficient, making sure everything went smoothly. The driver reassured me that I didn't need to be onsite for pickup as I had work commitments, and he even called upon arrival to confirm he had the correct vehicle. On top of all that, he was even patient as I had to change drop off locations on him. Plus, I received a text with a picture once my truck reached its destination. I would highly recommend Meffco for their outstanding customer service!"
