They sold me a transmission for $1,500 said there was nothing wrong with it. Got it picked it up and took it to the shop that’s supposed to be fixing my car and it turns out it doesn’t work at all. After they said nothing was wrong with it!! And acting like they can’t refund something back!! Very bad business in my eyes. It’s the fact they lied to make some money. Yall need help with ya greedy business
They are wonderful. Their work is excellent and the people there are so wonderful and kind but their prices are way too high. I took my 2003 Oldsmobile van in for a radiator flush. It cost me $500. Then turn around and not even a few days later I had to take it back in For another radiator flush so they could put a sealant in there. Which was another $300 .Then when I left there in the freezing early morning, my 2003 Oldsmobile van never got heated up so something messed up with the heater and that was the only good thing about the van????

With in 10 days of removal, SHALL by certified mail notify provide notice to OWNER and any lein holders... failure to do so shall result in forfeit of any fees after 10 days..
The older guy was nice and professional but the younger guy was totally unprofessional and rude to the fullest extent also I had my car impounded I know but it's the towings responsibility especially if I leave my car with a sheriff and then just hand straight over to them and suddenly I'm missing over $1,000 worth of items and there was no inventory taken or anything of my car and my doors were unlocked. They continue to berate me about me not having the money to get my car out of the impound saying it's been there for 6 months but it's been there only a month and we told them so and they continued to be rude and make snarky remarks. I also inquired about some vehicle parts but i think ill take my buisness anywhere else but them.
Not only did I speak to the Better Business Bureau about their unprofessionalism which I have on camera but I did file a police report and I'm happy to say they're taking me more serious than those Petty Towing guys. Either way this business need to shape up or ship out because that was totally unacceptable and just rude and thievery I'm not saying it was them but I'm not saying that someone just walked up to what should have been a locked car in a secured junkyard basically and took my stuff with no keys either.
After waiting and calling 2 days for my part we finally got told the field was to wet and it's just gonna rain more so we might as well order our part online.
Bought a truck frame. Asked them point blank if it was wrecked. Answer was no. Once I got it home and got it stripped down, I could tell it was bent. They would not make it right. I was stuck with a junk frame.
Make sure you get ur stuff checked before u put it on ur vehicle. Made several unnecessary trips and neither part worked. I understand they are used but they should not sell non working parts.
Was nearly attacked by two of their dogs, I am disabled with a service dog. I have me at been treated as rudely over my service dog in a business . , or feared for his safety. Was was still treated very poorly after not even reacting . I worked as a parts puller in a salvage yrs. Not my first junk yard ,my last at Green's
It is what it is... Great parts inventory.. However the staff at the parts counter could use some lessons in "service with a smile"... If my return visit depended on friendly service, I would find my used parts somewhere else... Hope the parts counter personnel was simply having a bad day...

In 20 years of business with this company I have always been treated more than fairly. They are always my first call even though they aren't the closest to my shop.
