I will say I know good service is far and in between in today's world. From the initial call to Seth coming to pick up our car on the side of the road as a amazing service above and beyond. Seth was super polite went out of his way in a crappy situation. I am beyond thankful and hope he is well recognized with his company for his work that he does. I hope we dont have to meet on these terms again but if we do I hope its in y'all area.
We were stranded in Benton, KY some 2 hours away from home. The folk a5 Mitchels were super helpful. Got us hooked up and back home. Excellent service. Hope we don't need them again, but if we do or you do, they are the goto company there in Kentucky.
Yesterday we had a blowout on our RV tire. Our insurance sent out Mitchell’s for roadside assistance. This is not the first time we have had Mitchell’s come to our aid. Once again, they were prompt, professional, and personable. The driver, Seth, not only changed our tire, he educated us on how to keep the right tires in the best shape for our rig. They are the best.

My vehicle was towed by this company, unlawfully. The car was drivable when parked after a minor incident, parked in a public parking lot *no hazard*—I aligned arrangements for a ^DIFFERENT^ towing service & body shop to correct my car, when my towing guy arrived the vehicle was gone. I eventually found it had been towed by Mitchell’s towing (no notification, no contact, in less than a 24hr time period of the car being parked in a public parking lot). This company picked my car up without my knowledge and said I could reach out to the police station for records but there were no records upon following up.
The car had suffered significant structural damage far beyond the original impact. My certified mechanic confirmed that the subframe, engine cradle, and control arms were damaged — repairs totaling a substantial amount directly attributed to the tow. I know for a fact these damages were caused by the tow because the car WAS COMPLETELY DRIVABLE WHEN I PARKED IT & You can see from the pictures I am posting the car was not drivable once picked up.
The company refused to provide a tow report or documentation despite multiple requests. I’ve had to initiate legal action just to get answers. The towing was done without clear authority or communication, and no proper report exists from any agency regarding the tow. Not to mention this unauthorized tow cost $350 dollars ON TOP OF THE DAMAGE THAT WAS DONE TO MY CAR.
Sad thing is my keys were in my front seat for the tow company I ACTUALLY CALLED.
This company’s lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. If you care about your vehicle, look elsewhere. When I notified this business of the damage and requested insurance for investigation, they said “You aren’t getting shit unless you take it to a civil suit”
I would never trust this business.
I drive a Mercedes and they thought they would be dealing with a large payout from an insurance company instead of an individual. I knew from the first 5 minutes of the phone call something was off. Being a towing company they 100% knew my car was a front wheel drive and this would destroy my vehicle AS IT DID.
Was in Murray to watch my son play baseball and got a flat! From the time I made the phone call to Mitchell’s Towing until the time I drove away was a total of 35 mins. Both the lady on the phone and the gentleman that came and changed my tire were both nice and polite. I was very impressed with the quick and friendly service!! Top notch!!
Car wouldn’t start so gave them a call and they were quick to come and help thankfully because it was a real hot day today. Ended up needing gas but driver still checked everything else to make sure we were good. He was very friendly and helpful. Would call them again if needed.
Really appreciated the help today. The driver travelled over to I-24 to help us with a tire. God love and impact drive. We thought he was fairly timely for where we were at. And he was helpful and kind. Thanks again for the help today. We made it back to Kansas City thanks to your help.
Absolutely great owner talked personally with him on the phone over an issue and it was resolved can’t ask for much more will do business again stay safe guy’s
Seth picked up my van after an accident in January 2023 and he was professional and explained everything in great detail. He kept me updated on where my vehicle was going at every step. If every towing service had Seth, the world would be a better place.
My fiancè, toddler, and I were traveling back home from Georgia when our car broke down right when we got to Paducah. It was a Saturday afternoon and we were only halfway through our trip. We ended up needing a new sarpentine belt. Seth with Mitchell's towing was there to get us within 10 minutes of us calling, called O'Reilly's to put the part we needed on hold, then took us to O'Reilly's and helped us put the part on. We were back on the road within 2 hours of breaking down. This is BY FAR the best experience I've ever had with a towing company!!
My car broke down in town. Called for towing and received immediate response from Mitchell's Towing. They were so friendly and nice. They were there in 20 minutes and had me taken care of and back home in no time! I highly recommend Mitchell's Towing and will definitely use them if I find myself in this situation again. This morning I Got out of the car to walk around and get my son out... and all the doors locked. With my son in there! He was crying and confused, I was panicking. It was a nightmare. My husband called Mitchell’s towing and roadside assistance for me because my phone was also in the car ??♀️
After being Noah locked in and me standing in the rain for 45 minutes, Mitchells Towing & Roadside Assistance (Almo, KY) showed up. He opened the car super fast and I got my son out. I asked how much it was and he said “nothing don’t worry about it”. I started crying, thanking him constantly. I was blubbering fool. I cried most of the morning. I just couldn’t get over what he did for us! He saw a panicked mama and a crying baby and gave us grace. They were so nice. Such amazing people!! I absolutely recommend them!!
Everything about Mitchell's towing was great,we were broke down 340 miles from home, he stopped and had a look ,called a guy that has Mobile repair , got us taken care of,was absolutely a blessing. Call them if you need help
These guys really are fantastic. I drive my car a lot for my job and, as a consequence, have had to use their services a number of times. I've never had to wait very long, even when they've been busy, and Nick (the guy that's bailed me out of a few sticky situations) is a great guy. He's super kind and always ready to help any way that he can. 10/10. If you need roadside assistance, call Mitchell's!
After breaking down on I-24 at mile marker 60, my nephew contacted Mitchell's Towing to come pick me up and take me back to Paducah.. I was alone and quite nervous to say the least.. Cody was very quick to get there and quick to load my car on to the truck. He was so courteous and professional, it put me at ease immediately.. I would recommend your company to anyone in need.. I was completely satisfied with the service and fair rate.. Thank you for all your help.
I ran out of gas on I24 and had no money to my name. I was so broke and my insurance covered the fuel but not the travel time and Mitchells made the drive of 30 miles to give me 5 gals of gas, jump my vehicle because I had been sitting for two hours on the side of the road. I owe Mitchell's my life because I was able to go to my home 12 miles away and hug my family. I owe them everything and would recommend them to anyone. Do not use anyone else. They are really great amazing godly people
Mike and his entire team are extremely nice ! Fast timing and very professional! Made sure myself and my family was taken care of! I recommend them to anyone ! Pricing was reasonable.
