I would give zero stars if I could. The staff is rude, customer service is worse, they wouldn't honor the warranty on a bad battery said it was fine. Not sure how this is possible since I took the battery to two different places with same results bad battery. Don't waste your time or money on this place. They are awful

They are high on price. And my jeep went in for one thing and cost 900.00 and did not leave the lot and we had to leave it in to fix it.

I have always wrenched on my own vehicles to the best of my ability, but being a busy parent and needing to get my wife's car back up and going ASAP, I called Glen's automotive when I was in a heck of a pickle after being reccomended to give them a try. I had our valve cover gasket start leaking oil onto the exhaust manifold on our Honda Accord, and it could not have happened at a worse time, it was the busiest week of the year so far for us and the kids with school functions in opposite directions every day. I did not have the time or tools to do the job properly, and I needed to be up and going asap. I had never been to Glen's Automotive before, however the ladies at the front were extremely nice and helpful and said they could get me in the very next day and they kept true to their word. They first called to let me know the cost of parts and labor quickly, which I highly appreciated, and then the job was done in what seemed like maybe an hour. All of the work was done quickly and at a very reasonable rate! They did a fantastic job! I have nothing but good things to say! I inspected their work after and I am impressed and thankful, especially for checking the pcv system while in there. They cleaned the engine up around the cover as it needed to be, and the seal is working like a charm. Little details matter especially with seals and it did not go unnoticed, they did it right. It is very relieving to now have a reliable, honest place to take my vehicles to when I either do not have the time, skill or the tools for the jobs myself, especially the bigger ones. Thankyou to your mechanics and the ladies up front for not only getting us fixed up right away and an honest price, but also being so nice and making us feel important. You all kept this young, very busy family rolling smoothly. Yall rock! We will be back. Thankyou! Jake

I honestly want to give this place a 3 star for their Auto Mechanic service but their towing is definitely a 5 star service! I would not recommend taking your car here if you have any kind of Acura car. They don't seem to be very knowledgeable about those type of cars and I even had one of the mechanic guys tell me straight up that they didn't want to deal with my car. I've taken my honda civic there in the past too and they did a good job on it. Overall they are a decent place but I will not be using them for any auto repairs but I will keep using them for towing!

Awesome experience, Glen's helped us out with an issue while we were 5 hours away from home. Staff is super awesome and funny, definitely chexk out Glen's Automotive.

Helped me out in a jam when the suspension on the U-Haul I was towing fell apart… Great attitude, and great service

We were camping at Hillman Ferry, about 40 minutes away from their shop. It's getting late on a Saturday afternoon when I notice that I had run over a screw and my tire is flat. We called AAA, who say it's going to be 90 minutes. In 5 minutes, one of their techs drives up on his golf cart and lets us know that he's from Glen's, so he proceeds to change our flat with the spare. This employee took time from his holiday weekend with his family to help the business, and a client out. Some might call it Kentucky hospitality, but I'd just call it outstanding customer service. We were back up and on our way to get the tire patched in just a few minutes! Thanks so much!

EXCELLENT Mechanic Dodge van having issues. Stopped here on way back to Chicago area and they found problem, fixed immediately and explained issue. Fantastic place and friendly staff

Called AAA, Glen’s automotive & towing was assigned and came and got my car and took me to a tire shop so that I could get my tire replaced quickly. I was not from the area and I really appreciated the kindness and assistance I got. Thank you.

Love this company the owners are amazing. They have helped me 3 times now trying to get someone else's mess up fixed on my car for me . I definitely recommend everyone to go use Glens for repair and towing .

They were great! I was coming to Ky for Christmas with my family and My jeep has a roar about two hours before arriving. Day after Christmas I called looking for someone to take a look at it and knowing I was headed back Saturday to Alabama. They got to it right away and diagnosed the issue quickly! Definitely recommend the crew at Glens automotive and towing!

Horrible customer service on and off the phone. Won't call you back after you've given them your number. It took them an hour to find my keys the first time they worked on my vehicle. They said they had started on my current issue 6 days ago and when I call they say they will start on it tomorrow. The man on the phone spoke over me the entire time. I have no respect for this company.

Fast service! Our truck broke down while pulling the rv. They had 2 trucks within half an hour and got us to our destination without costing us an arm and a leg. Ty! Highly recommend!

We broke down on a Sunday driving from Nashville to St. Louis in a 1978 lowered duallly crew cab pickup. Anthony did a wonderful job with loading the truck, and was willing to take it all the way to Belleville Illinois. We couldn’t be happier with the service! Thanks so much!

Id give it 0 stars if i could. Took truck in cause had multiple leaks around transmission, and transfer case. After about a month was told it was done, that it was just a broke bolt where transmission meets transfer case. Picked it up still multiple leaks. They must have picked first little leak they seen and fixed it, and not bother to drive it afterwards and look under it cause they could have seen it pouring out other places if they had. So took it back, 5 months later still hastnt been fixed. First phone call after it being back 2 or 3 months woman says why havent you picked it up was done months ago it was just a broken bolt. I said no i have brought it back since yall put a new bolt in it and told yall there is still more leaks. Lady states we didnt know that you had brought it back other receptionist no longer works here. We will get it right in and fix it. 2 or 3 months later once again a lady that sure sounded like the last one i talked to states while her mechanic is nearby that you brought that truck back right to be fixed again didnt you. I said yes many many months ago, then im told well we will get it in and fix it. I told her well the last time i talked to yall months ago i was told it was an oversight that it wasnt fixed because word wasnt passed on that it was brought back, and that that receptionist is not longer with yall, and u would fix it, and now im getting called several months later, yall still havent fixed it, and are playing that same card once again that word wasnt passed on. I said its getting obvious yall just dont want 2 fix that old truck. Its either that or there friends, and families vehicles are jumping ahead to the front of the line. Told her to just forget it ill pick it up, and take it somewhere else. Not that i think glenns will read this. They usually just reply to the good reviews they get. By chance glenns reads this, if yall dont want to work on someones vehicle just be honest, and say you dont want to. I might not have liked yall saying that, but i would respect that more than getting the runnaround to get out of doing it for the last 6 months. I see they have good reviews from some, and some of them have been in the last few months, guess they made plenty happy by cutting there vehicles in line in front of mine.

It's been a while since I've had to use a tow or have help with changing a flat. But I never could have imagined getting one tire changed. Would end up costing me 50 dollars plus a credit fee. Had I known that I would have just paid a few more bucks and had them tow my car back home. But usually when somebody asks oh did they tell you the price already. They're asking cuz nine times out of 10 they're going to make their own price.

In town visiting from TN and truck would not start. Had a very reasonable tow charge by Glens to their shop. Had it diagnosed and fixed in 3 days (first day too full to get in because it was Monday and crazy busy) along with a little extra work I requested. (Fuel pump in tank had quit). Called to keep me informed and even the mechanic called. Drove back to TN and truck running fine again. Great place and highly recommend.

So not knowing where to go I gave these folks a call on a weekend and yes it required a tow. Their response was quick and on Monday morning I was up and running again by noon. A huge thank you to Max for a ride once repair was complete, and thank you to the driver of the tow over the weekend. Definitely will return for future needs.

Staff is fantastic and they work their butt's off. Very pleased with service done to my car. Definitely worth the money, also have not just one but 2 locations! Devry your a life saver❤️

While we were on the Interstate, we had an alarm, EPC code and a message that our car was in limp mode. Happily, we were right by an exit, and were able to pull off into a parking lot. AAA sent Glen's towing, and we were towed to their shop. They were amazing! My wife had been experiencing intermittent missing and the dealer could not find a problem. Glen's took the time to fully search out the problem, ran diagnostics, brought in a part from a dealer in Tennessee, drove us to a hotel, picked us up in the morning, and fixed the problem. The price was right, the people are fantastic, and the car has run perfectly since (it's been a couple of months). As a bonus, our experiences in the town of Benton were great (try Bad Bob's BBQ!).

10/10 would absolutely recommend! We called and someone answered right away, very friendly. Great price! Anthony was our driver and he was amazing and very fast. Absolutely will be using glen's for any towing even though I hope I don't have to call for a while!

Had more than one horrible experience with this company. Big A is one of worst drivers to deal with. He is rude. Arrogant. And tried changing price on us last min. Seems very scandalous.. He also ripped off our bumper on a previous vehicle he towed months prior. And our second experience was no better. He didn't even strap the car down. Just drove it on the deck and took off like a crazy person. I also learned that pauls towing is the same company and owned by same person. Be very aware of these people. And if you use them. Make sure to film or document everything

I had my car towed from the parking lot of the Benton Walmart to my home in Calvert City. The driver was extremely friendly and professional. He got there quickly and did his job proficiently and effectively. I would highly recommend this business and their services to anyone needing a tow or assistance with their vehicle needs. 20 years ago I had a bad experience with Glen's so I was apprehensive about using them again, however I had several people I trust assure me things had changed. Those friends couldn't have been more right. This is a great local mechanic shop. They listen to customers and call with updates throughout the process so you aren't blindsided with repairs you didn't expect and the prices are very reasonable.

On 12/29 while vacationing our 2010 Odyssey’s engine light came on due to a cylinder not firing. On 12/30 took the van in and stated that cylinder 3 plug, coil, or both were bad would they be able to repair it that day. We were to leave for Texas that evening. They were able to get the parts, repair, and get me on my way two hours later. If I lived in the area I would use them for all my repairs. I highly recommend Glen’s and the prices are good as well.

Customer for life!! We had two vehicles that needed repairs so we chose Glen’s and we feel like we hit the jackpot!!! It’s so hard to find a good mechanic and not only did we find a good mechanic but we found a great overall business!! When calling I found such a great receptionist! Polite, courteous and knowledgeable! If you are looking for any of the many services they offer don’t hesitate and call!! Tim

I take my personal truck and all our company vehicles to Glen's. I love the comfort of down home hospitality and good honest work. I have never had to bring a vehicle back as they are fixed before they leave the business. Max and the crew he has are top notch and I'd recommend them to anyone. The fact they will take all the time you need to explain the problem and the fixes is much more comforting then being rushed off. I most honestly will give them a 5 star rating as being a repeat customer and a life long customer
