I have to say Dennis Wright should be ashamed of himself. Took my 2007 GMC truck to get roof painted. I thought the quote was very expensive at $956.76 but I needed it done. I had to call to check a week later to check on status. The woman was clueless as there is no communication between employees and "management" if you call it that. But why Im PISSED..... THERE IS PRIMER OVER SPRAY ON RIGHT SIDE OF MY PASSENGER DOORS AND THE WORSE...BEHIND EACH BACK TIRE THERE US LITERALLY A RIP IN METAL A INCH DEEP ON PASSENGER SIDE AND SCRAPED ON DRIVER SIDE. MY HUSBAND SAYS WE DON'T HAVE PROOF THEY DID IT. I SWEAR I'D SUE THEM OUT OF EXISTENCE!!!!!! DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE LAZY THOUGHTLESS COWARDS THAT DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO FIX WHAT THEY DESTROYED. HIGHLY PISSED OFF WRIGHTS BODY SHOP!!!!!!
Took them 4 tries to repair my vehicle ( that was due to insurance) but you'd think by try number 4 they could get it right! My front bumper is falling, wheel wells are a complete mess and pushed out of place as well as the plastic by my windshield wipers. I find random screws under my vehicle in my garage. Never again!! The appearance other than my bumper is okay, it's what you can't see that makes no sense. Wonder what else I'll find ?
They did a terrible job with my car. It felt like they rushed to put everything together with hopes that I wouldn’t notice They fixed what was paid to get fixed but messed up more things in the prosses, and when I went back that acted clueless to everything. Would definitely never go there again.
Awesome work at a fair price! Dennis and Rebecca are always a joy to work with. They did an amazing job on our 78 vette. Their work speaks for itself especially at carshows!
I am sooo, Happy with "The Wright's" organization... I was lost without my truck, they took the time to do the job Correctly...I had, one issue after my fine tooth inspection, and it was so minor, it was corrected, almost immediately.. 5 of 5 stars in My book.
They took my totalled car and didnt tell me, and when we tried to raise the issue, the woman got snippy with us. I'd never been in a wreck and didnt know how any of this worked. 35$ for storage a day.
1 star because i cant give zero. 25 years out here on these highways ive come across some pretty bad businesses but this one was the worst by far. ill start off with every employee i came across had a horrible i dont care attitude. the place smelled like a barnyard old and musty. the women that seemed in charge was the worst of all, i never in my life struck a women but this one had me reconsidering my outlook, the 2 hours i was there waiting i seen 2 customers come in, one was not very happy with the work been done the other something about price. 4 phone calls i over heard was about the same all 4 negative and very displeased people for sure. when my vehicle was released it was parked in a manner it took 3 people to back it out and not one employee offered a finger to help. they did however all gather at the door to watch like a bunch of morons. i would not recommend this place to even stop to use the restroom let alone get something repaired, i would rather just buy another vehicle instead. WORST SHOP EVER.
I tried to get a quote for work that needed to be done on my truck and they never would actually give me a quote. I told them I have the cash to pay to fix it from the insurance company already in hand and she still refused to give me a quote.
