I'm so hacked off with the service Clay's Auto gave me because at first they were professional and kind. Then all of it changed when they damaged my car! At first I forgot which service towed my car. Then, I found them! My 2011 Chevy Transverse LT's fuel pump went out in Springfield TN. 431 church paid these guys to tow my vehicle back to Morgantown KY. My wife with a heart condition and one of my best friends had to ride back in the car on the tow truck. When we were dropped off at my apartment I didn't notice anything off. The very next day when I tried to start my car it blew due to the lack of oil. I then noticed the giant oil leak where my car was parked. When I called and talked to Clay's Auto body and towing, they insist at first as long as I have proof they will pay for the damages. When I got the proof, their tone changed and insisted they had nothing to do with it! They even made fun of me because it was a free ride! Like I wanted something for nothing! I will take them to court, however until then I want people to know the truth about their shady business!
Thomas at Clay’s Auto Body was excellent to work with. He dealt with our insurance company to get us an accurate estimate on damages on helped us every step of the way. If you are needing repairs done on your vehicle Clay’s is the only place I would trust. They are a top notch performing Auto Body shop!
I was so excited to get my car back and I have to say Im very particular ? and they absolutely knocked my socks off!! The car absolutely looks even better than it did before the deer. Very quick and professional service! Was able to tow my car to a tire place and made sure I was taken care of before leaving. Due to circumstances, I needed to ride in the truck and the truck was VERY CLEAN! It was a smooth ride. I highly recommend using their towing service.

Clay picked up my daughter's van after her wreck on east 4th Street. He was quick and even though the van was a total loss he even took possession of the van and didn't charge us a towing fee. He is a good man and I have thanked him for all he had done for our family.
