This place is not even worth one stare. The owner Gerald we made plains with wasted our time. He said come by Monday and he would check our car out to possibly buy. We called them twice to make sure it was still good to drive down. Once we arrived and waited on him he had a man come out to tell us he wouldn’t be back today and he more than likely wasn’t interested anymore. We live about 45mins away for a wasted trip when he could have cancelled with us over the phone.
Great place to purchase your next vehicle. My husband has bought several vehicles from London Auto Sales and has never had an issue with any of them. We recently purchased a 2024 RAV 4 from them a little over a month ago for myself. I absolutely love it. Have not had a single issue out of it. Everything works as should. The salesman was very helpful in answering any questions we had and they do not pressure you into buying anything. We got an absolute perfect vehicle at an excellent price. It’s a business you can trust. I highly recommend London Auto Sales to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Best vehicles that are reasonably priced if you are looking for something with low mileage and like new when leaving. Many friends purchase their vehicles there. They are happy customers for several years and is the only place I'd recommend to be honest
Bought 3 vehicles and all vehicles engines blew up before the vehicles hit 130 thousand miles. I always have all maintenance done even a bit early and still 3 blown engines in under 130 thousand miles. Will not ever buy another vehicle from them and would advise nobody to EVER buy a vehicle from them.
I had been looking for a specific vehicle for years and found a great deal at London Auto Sales! I called and talked to Wes a few times. He was very straightforward, answered my questions to the best of his ability, and sent very detailed pictures. We ended up reaching a deal and I pulled the trigger. The cherry on top is they delivered the car from Kentucky to Michigan for free because they needed to come pick up a few cars at auction in Detroit. I never thought I would purchase a vehicle with a rebuilt title, but I would buy from them again!
The people here are so accommodating and understanding. My family/I have purchased 2 vehicles through them and sold one to them and they were fantastic through every step of the way. Highly recommend working with them!
I’ve literally called this place at LEAST 3 times over the course of 3 days trying to find out if they have a part I am needing. Every single time I’ve called, the person who answers the phone sounds very uninterested as if it kills them to go check for a certain part for me. 1 star for this review is even giving too much credit. Super unprofessional.
I like the quality of there vehicle's I've bought 2,only problem is if you go back to trade they don't give you a fair price for your trade I had to go elsewhere both times 2nd time I got 4000 more than they offered can't trade back easily

My husband and I recentley bought a 2018 f150, and are totally satisfied with service from everyone that works there. We were treated like old friends instead of strangers, and have never dealt with people anymore honest , than they have been to us. We drove 3 hours there and it was well worth it. We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends. Thanks London Auto Sales.... we will for sure be looking here ag as in when we need another vehicle.
Drove to London Auto in Ky to pick up a front seat for a 2007 XLR-V. A rare find! It would have shipped for $400 by semi. When I arrived, the guy got the seat down with a forklift. The seat was PERFECT! I went to the counter to pay, and they had taken $100 OFF THE PRICE to help me with the rental van cost! This is no junk garage - it is spotless and well organized!

I have bought cars and trucks from Mr. Gregory for over twenty years. Not only has he always dealt with me in a fair and honest manner, you don't have too listen to a bunch of B.S. that you get from most other dealers. Keep up the good work Gerald and Joe!
My family has been looking for a Jeep for over a year. My husband, being out of state, asked me to drive 30 minutes to London Auto Sales to look at one on their lot. As I would be arriving about 15 minute before they were to close, I Called first to make sure and see if someone could stay a little late, if needed. As I explained my situation, I was told that they are closed on Sundays, but open Monday-Fridays 8-5. I explained to him that due to my husbands work schedule, we could not come during the weekdays. London Auto Sales, Mr. Asher, basically said he wasn’t willing to stay late in order to sell his vehicles! What REALLY bothers me, is that he didn’t even offer to see if anyone else there could stay a little late! I am guessing that he doesn’t care if he sells the vehicle or not. It seems that he’s made plenty of money this year!
What’s really sad is that Shawn Asher and London Auto Sales was recommended to us by friends. When I called, I did not use the “good ole boys” system and tell him who I was nor who had sent us to him! Should that even matter?!?!?! No!
Lastly, we have the money to purchase w/o financing, saved up, but that, evidently, doesn’t matter, either! So disappointed and upset!
Sadly this review is overdue. I bought a Honda Civic from London Auto Sales about 3 years ago. First, the car was great, it was a low flood car, but it was a great car none the less. I recently was impatient and bought a vehicle elsewhere (no names) and have had many issues with said vehicle.
I will guarantee you that my next car, unless it is brand new, will come from London Auto Sales. Their service before, during and after the sale is unmatched. A heartfelt thank you too them.
