The lady that answered the phone was GENUINELY super sweet !! They have GREAT rates compared to some of the towing companies I called before hand!! If I need a tow or have to recommend one I would recommend them

One of my tires got SHREDDED on Nicholasville Road. As soon as I called the lady was very nice and helpful in getting someone to me ASAP. They got to me and loaded me up very quickly. Will definitely call them again if I’m ever in need of help. Thank you all so much!

They were awesome. I was told it would be a few hours because they were busy, but after about a hour I got a call they were 15 minutes away, I left as soon as I got the call and they still beat me there. They were very nice and quick definitely recommend
Top Notch is now my go to towing company when I need a vehicle towed! I first used them out of convenience because they just happen to be where one of our work vans were. I introduced myself, told Tommy where to take the van and BAM! It was done. They were not only professional but also kind. I would absolutely recommend Top Notch Towing!

Top Notch Towing is a family run business. I love supporting local businesses. But only if they deserve it. These guys were extremely reasonable, friendly, prompt and professional. I won't call anybody else and I highly recommend them if you need Towing done in their service area. You can't do better and they are good people worth supporting.
TNT were great! I had an odd situation where I had a mower in a ditch. These guys showed up in no time and wenched the mower up and out. Took just a few minutes but saved me a boatload of time and effort. Very reasonably priced too!
Awesome people just trying to make an honest living. I was broke down 100 miles from home, didn't know how I was going to get back. Called them they picked me up in less than 30 minutes and had me on my way home. Highly recommend this family owned and run business. Great Americans and wonderful people. Recently needed a f-250 towed do to a non running condition. I did a goodle search for towing companies in the area and had three to come up called the first one which was a company that i had used before got a quote that i felt was to high. So i called the second company on the list Top Notch Towing got a quote that was very reasonable. After agreeing on price they showed up in a timely manner and handled the tow very professionally. Not sure who answers the phone, but the lady is the absolute sweetest! You can "hear" her smile and warmth through the phone. They were fast, friendly, got the job done AND followed up with me. Great experience!

My car quit on Union Mill around 6:00 pm. Top Notch Towing answered right away, showed up in under 20 minutes, and were very professional and made me feel comfortable. I didn’t know where to take my vehicle and they gave a great referral. I asked if they would town their own car or wife’s car to the referral and they said “absolutely!” I appreciate their help and honesty.

My truck died in a crowded parking lot on a cold Sunday afternoon. It was throwing transmission and starter codes and would barely even crank, so I wasn’t sure what the issue was. Called Top Notch Towing just to get towed to a service shop until I could figure it out from there. They were so nice and showed up fast! Told them what was going on, they put a battery box on the battery, and it cranked right up. No tow was needed, but these guys were super helpful.
I’m always leery about mechanics & tow services when I’m by myself. I’ve been ripped off plenty of times because of my ignorance about cars, but these guys are the best!
I’d recommend them to anyone in need of roadside assistance.

Our entire experience was what anyone would expect. The lady that took my call was outstanding. Pricing was right on. Although we had to wait, it was not unreasonable. The guys that towed my vehicle took great care on my truck and knew what they were doing. Ended up chatting with them for awhile after they dropped my vehicle. I highly recommend them.
We had been sitting beside the road for 4 hours waiting on our insurance provided roadside service. When we couldn’t stand it any longer, we called all around. These guys were obviously at the end of their night, but came to us anyway. Friendly and fast service, and reasonable fee. They even tried to save us some money by helping us fix the tire beforehand. These guys are definitely TOP NOTCH. Thanks!!
