Showed up for an appointment. Was rudely told I did not have one. I suggested they should work out the system if people are being scheduled and they did not have the appointment coordinated. Then was told I should fix it—like it was my fault somehow. They then proceeded to cuss at me to get out. Embarrassing level of unprofessionalism.
Very nice place. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I'll let them work on my vehicle anytime. They changed my brakes and rotors in a couple hours! They can do just about anything you need done to your vehicle.
Extremely fair pricing, knowledgeable staff who never push or pressure on unneeded repairs. I have taken all of my vehicles here for regular oil changes and service. They are always quick to schedule and done within a couple hours. I recommend this shop to everyone. They truly are the best!
Now look people if you need a trustworthy mechanic this is the place to go these people are fantastic no wonder they've been in business for over 28 years there's only one way you do that and that's about treating your customers right and I sure do appreciate all that you do go see them they will do right by you.
I do not recommend you take your car to this car place. I took my truck in to have the brakes fixed and that costed me $600. I drove my car away and then my transmission went out completely now even though my transmission is insured that does not give them a reason to mess my transmission up especially when it was only supposed to be a brake job. I do not recommend anyone take the car here unless you just want to junk it. Because that is exactly what will happen if these people touch your vehicle. I asked them why my transmission was out especially when it’s a brand newly built transmission, and they couldn’t give a reason but informed me to bring the car back and they will take a look. the maddening part is they want me to bring it back so they can mess it up more. they are not offering to cover any costs of my transmission that they ripped through in under 24 hrs that they had my car. When I got mad they refused any service. I see now why no one in nicholasville recommends this place. They should be shut down. They ruining people’s livelihood because they are not right human beings! They are not reputable and this kind of thing should be against the law.
I’ve been going to Jessamine Car Care for about 4 years. I like getting my regular oil changes with the people who would fix something else, and I’m glad I’m not using a chain store anymore. Patti and Mike are straightforward and honest. I think their prices are fair, and they’re upfront about costs.
Those are my people! Ms. Patty is awesome and efficient and Mike is very talented mechanic. They get me together anytime I need them! I definitely recommend this shop! Love it!
They’re so friendly and professional here. The place feels super secure which is nice if you have to leave your vehicle there. I’m scatterbrained most of the time but they’ve always been really kind to me.

Had work done on my car not even two years ago and it's already needing to be replaced again. Was told the part was no longer under warranty after only this short of time. Don't waste your money. Find a more reputable shop.
My car wouldn’t start, so I called these folks. Every time I had a concern or question, they displayed patience and kindness. The owner, Patty, the man who towed my vehicle, and the mechanics were all as caring as they could be. I value hospitality anywhere, but especially an auto shop. They fixed me right up within a few hours and charged a reasonable price for the tow and repair. I will be coming back if another issue arises.
Can't say enough good things about these people and the excellent service I received. Patty answered all of my many questions over the phone with diligence and patience. Their price was very competitive, and the team did an amazing job on our van. Then, while I was there to pick it up we got talking about sensors, and they actually offered to make time in their busy pre-holiday schedules to run a check on them for me. I thought that was super nice and just good business. And it gives me extra peace of mind as we head out on our 1500-mile trip to grandma's house. Thanks guys! We'll be back!
The worst mechanics in Kentucky. They keep your car for months and you can drive it for maybe two weeks and back in the shop it goes. They actually break more than they fix. I really wanted to give a negative 5 star rating but couldn't.
Chose this place for the star ratings. Most people seemed to have a good experience unfortunately not the case for me. Took my car in for a fuel pump change over $600. Got the car back noticed the exhaust sound was much deeper but didnt worry too much about it since the car was at least running now. Drove to work that same day heard something scraping the ground in the back of the car and then my rear tire blows out. Get out and see that my exhaust is turned sideways and blew the tire out. According to the shop its just a coincidence that it happened the same day I got my car back from them. Cmon its not rocket science. Had no issues with the exhaust going into the shop. Its located right next to the gas tank needing removed and my exhaust breaks loose and blows out my tire the SAME DAY I get it back from the shop. They claim the exhaust was loose and rusted when the car came in yet its not given me any problems for the past 5 years. It certainly wasnt dragging the pavement before taking it to this shop. My opinion...find another shop or even better do the work yourself both will save you a headache and money. If you mess up accept responsibility. Lost a customer over a $60 tire.
So far.....So Good. My wife broke down on the interstate [I-85 ?] and I talked to Patty Johns. I have a very good feeling about Patty, husband and staff. It's every husband's concern when your wife is stranded on the interstate 400 miles from home. I will see how it turns out, but so far Mrs. Johns has put this worrying mind to rest.
Hands down best place for your auto care needs in central Kentucky. Have been to several mechanics all threw out nicholasville and Lexington. This place is my new home.

All of my business was handled over the phone from out of state, my daughter in law has a break down, I found this place online, called and they towed the car, checked out and fixed it all in half a day, I'm sold, told my son to use them always, they are awesome.!
