During a Christmas season filled with personal loss and struggle, when my father had recently passed away and I had to rely on faith to avoid financial ruin while also caring for a critically ill child in UK hospital, I was betrayed by those I considered friends and family."The Blairs" Despite coming up with most of the payment, I fell short by about 160 dollars, a sum I knew I could have overcome given our four year history! You took my 500 dollars and told me i owed you 150 by the time doug returned . However, it became clear that my trust was misplaced, and those I viewed as close friends, one of whom I affectionately regarded as a second mother "kim" , took advantage of my vulnerability along with Kevin . As I navigated the challenges of caring for a sick child, a 100% disabled mother, and starting a new job, all during the holiday season, they seized both of my trucks, coldly stating 'business is business.' The silence from the person I thought was a true friend was deafening, as they allowed this harsh action to unfold. This experience has shown me that they are unscrupulous businesspeople, utterly untrustworthy, and truly reprehensible. You dont kick "family" when there down. Thats the worst my feelings have been hurt by someone in a long time. You added to one of the worst years in my life and to take all my money and do that in the middle of starting a new job with a sick kid was absolutely repulsive at Christmas time. You embarrassed me, treated me like garbage , let me down as "a son" always looked up to you guys until and i hate that I defended you in places you weren't present and your family's name. This was the dirtiest thing anyone has ever done to me and it was from the ones I've always defended and admired may God treat you and your family how you treated me
Do NOT recommend this place. I currently have a vehicle thru them and it has been a horrible experience. My payment was less than 30 days behind and my car was repossessed while at the store In the restroom. The reason my payment was late was bc I had to put a BUNCH of work into the vehicle due to them putting bad vehicles on the road. This is my third vehicle in less than a yr from them due to the vehicles being lemons. Not to mention their repo lady. This lady took my vehicle, cussed a worker out thinking she was me, did NOT allow me to get anything out of it, cussed my underage child out, stole stuff out of my car, and tore something under the car up. Then when I went to get the car back I was told it was my problem and I need to make my payments so that stuff doesn’t happen. On top of that, they charged me more for the repo fee than the actual car payment. Do NOT go to this lot!!! If you do prepared to be screwed!
Many people have had complaints about this small car dealership in Nicholasville. I will also say I have heard many good things also. My opinion is that I have shopped for a vehicle multiple times and has been very budget friendly place. It is a buy here pay here and you will buy the vehicle as is. So it is up to you to inspect the vehicle before you purchase. You have to think that you are buying a used car. So you should be responsible enough to take the vehicle of your choice for a test drive and invest in taking your time to inspect or having it inspected before you purchase. I would do this regardless of where I buy a used car it's common sense. My experience here has been great and the vehicles I have purchased here have been extremely reliable and durable. I have absolutely no complaints and will always recommend going here for a buy here pay here.
Not a fan, they were nice, but the car is horrible. Can't keep it running. Too bad KY doesn't have a used car lemon law. I will not work with them again.
My husband and I bought a van from them Kevin helped us out . They are the nicest people and were very up front with us no bs. And we bought a decent vehicle.
The people are very nice and helpful, cars are good quality and they helped me when i needed anything fixed with my car.. Super comfortable environment, almost like home. I was treated like family..
