I called several tow companies before I called Daltons- one even hung up on me. These guys got my info, knew where I was and where my car was going. Guy that got my car was super nice and quick. Highly recommend.
I called this morning for a tow. They took payment and then told me the time they could be there. I immediately said that timing didn't work for me, asked them to reverse the charge, and not dispatch a truck. They refused to do so saying that it's policy that they never refund anyone. (a policy they did not disclose before charging my card). They were then rude about it when I requested to speak to someone who is authorized to reverse the charge. What a cheat.
Call Daltons towing and recovery if need help with lock outs, jump starts, pulled out of a bind, fuel deliver and tire changes. They (the owner himself came, it’s a family company) got to me from fern creek to shepherdsville in around 45 mins and had my tire changed in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend.
