Saw workers standing around that refused to help an elderly lady carry her few bags of cans. They were very disrespectful to her ans had her in tears. Bad customer service and I won't be back
They used to allow us to SEE what the weight of our items were worth.
Today they make you stay 10 feet back and you have no idea what the real weight is.
5-30 gal trash cans full not crushed was only $10 for 20 lbs the ticket said.
They told me one price per pound on aluminum time I got there and unloaded the secretary tried to pay a lot lower than what I was told they say that they will make it up right we shall see more info later
It's dirty and unkempt but the fellow there is helpful and you can get rid of hazardous chemicals. Plus, you get to enjoy the scenery on Grade Lane to get there.
Beware of this place! I had weighed my copper and other metals before coming here. Their scales are set to benefit themselves and not the person who is recycling.this please weighed a bar of aluminum extrusion that I had weighed at four lbs. Their scale weighed it at less than a lb. My copper was weighed at only half what I had weighed. Just two examples of this fraudulent place. I will tell everyone I know to take their metals elsewhere from now on
Wasted a trip because these inconsiderate people couldn’t update a website or a phone menu. Both the site and the message report they are open Saturday 8-12. For some reason, they were not open on 12/14. There were workers there, but they only served to tell the customers they were closed. How about a little heads up before closing on a day you say you’re open? Customers actually LOST (gas) money as well as time. If we were made of money, we wouldn’t be bringing in scrap. Beyond rude and inconsiderate.

I had some metal from various household products that were no longer serviceable, so instead of allowing these items to continue taking up space, I loaded them up, and turned them into cash.
Be very aware of the prices they give you. Not very happy at the moment with ISA. I took the same aluminum in on 3 different occasions and go quoted 3 different prices. Didnt notice the difference until had got home and seen the other receipts. First time 70 cents a pound second 30 cents a pound. And this time they game me 9 cents per pound. Also the last one was my biggest amount had 900 lbs and got nothing for it. Question all there desicions on what they quote you. Even called back up there and was told there was nothing they could do to help me. Very poor customer service.
Isa is the best place and only place I'd go to there very friendly and sometimes give u more money then your supposed to get ill givem 100 stars I just wish they would stay opened til like 2 or 3 on Saturdays keep up the good work and being friendly
At first we had a bad experience, but the manager and his admin assistant more than made up for it. They were very gracious and helped us out greatly. It is clean and neat, also.

ISA treats there customers with respect and attention unrivaled by any scrap yard in the industry. If you come in with no knowledge of your material...there well educated staff will help guide you three the entire process. You can expect (unlike other scrapyards ) to have no flat tires and leave with a smile knowing when you go to ISA with your scrap you will be eliminating the middle man. Unlike the mom and pop businesses around town they pay top dollar.
I am very frustrated with this place. I sold a truck for scrap to the pull a part and they still have not transferred the truck out of my name. I have had to pay taxes on the truck the last 2 years when I should not have had to. I have had to go there 2 different times and they promised me that it would get taken care of but they never do. Do not sale them you vehicle unless you want to pay taxes on it for years. They do not keep their promises. It did not cost me a lot of money in taxes but it has been a real a problem. I finally had to pay again to have the state junk it. That should have been done by ISA over 2 years ago. Too much of a headache. They promise to do the right thing when you go there but never do it.
