  The staff I worked with, both the phone operator ( I apologize I don’t remember her name but she was amazing!) and the truck driver, William, were super friendly and patient. The service was extremely quick and easy to navigate, even for someone who knows next to nothing about cars like myself lol. Definitely recommend!

  Great interaction with Arlene over the phone and the driver who picked up my car (Stacey). He was prompt, kept in great communication to know when he would be arriving, and was patient when my car had some challenges. Definitely recommend them if you need to get rid of a car that’s been taking up driveway space like mine was.

  Amazing experience. I’m horrible with names but believe it was Arlene that I initially spoke with and she was nice as can be. My totaled car was picked up the next day and again horrible with names but the person who picked it up was as friendly as can be also. Highly recommend and thank you all!!

  These people were very professional,they did everything they said they would do to the letter. Prompt phone calls and prompt svc. Dusten was the tow truck driver, I've never knew a tow truck driver could be so kind,nice and thoughtful. Very respectful even noticed on my driver's license that I was a vet and thanked me for my svc I wish everybody did customer svc like GC 's junk cars

I even made a mistake filling out the paperwork that wasnt caught until the driver showed up to pick up the car. He fixed it on the spot, paid me, and took the car.
