The staff I worked with, both the phone operator ( I apologize I don’t remember her name but she was amazing!) and the truck driver, William, were super friendly and patient. You would think that the tow truck drivers they use would know better.
I have now wasted several hours of my life getting that resolved so that I don't have to keep paying taxes on a car that they took away.
Called for parts availability. While on the phone the lady asked what parts was I looking for so they could look up how high private sellers were selling them for. If you want cheaper “junkyard prices” don’t go here. They quoted me an absurd amount for what I was looking for and would’ve had to pull them myself like any other regular junkyard. Deserves to be mentioned they have a policy where customers must tell them what they want before pulling because and I quote “people are mad about our pricing and we have to put parts back regularly. So we ask for what you’re looking for first”
Oh Wow, I’ve never junked a car before and I happened to call them because of the good reviews I seen. Great company. They picked up my two vehicles within 24 Hours of me calling me and paid me cash on the spot. Very fast, friendly. Will use this company again. Highly recommend.

Great interaction with Arlene over the phone and the driver who picked up my car (Stacey). He was prompt, kept in great communication to know when he would be arriving, and was patient when my car had some challenges. Definitely recommend them if you need to get rid of a car that’s been taking up driveway space like mine was.
Amazing experience. I’m horrible with names but believe it was Arlene that I initially spoke with and she was nice as can be. My totaled car was picked up the next day and again horrible with names but the person who picked it up was as friendly as can be also. Highly recommend and thank you all!!

Dusten was the tow truck driver, I've never knew a tow truck driver could be so kind,nice and thoughtful. I called to see about getting 2 boats, & 2 vehicles scrapped. They only wanted the truck, & only if it was in decent shape. So they told me they'd pass... Pull-A-Part never passes... I'll never call this place again...

I had a great experience with GC's. After submitting a service request on their website, I was quickly contacted by a representative and easily made an appointment for the next day. The driver was communicative and professional.
I was working with another company and they ghosted me. I called GC in a panic needing to have my car towed away. They were very helpful and got to me the next morning.
Pretty punctual and accommodating. When driver arrived to pick up car, he informed me, after looking underneath, that the original catalytic converter was not on the car, which would knock the price down considerably.
The price offered was slightly over ½ of the agreed upon value. I was able to negotiate ⅔ instead, but it left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.
Other than that, pleased with the transaction.

Stacy from GC’s was the best! He called when he was on his way, gave me a time estimate and arrived right on time. Managed to get our junk car out of an almost impossible spot with an extremely narrow driveway. He was great to work with, and was extremely nice. Will be recommending GC’s and (Stacy especially) again! Office staff when I called to schedule was great as well, managed to get my car picked up next business day after calling.

GC's was very professional. The young woman I spoke to on the phone was very sweet. The tow truck driver was patient because the raggidy car that I sold to them was giving him problems getting on the flatbed but he worked it out. I will definitely do business with them again.
