I’m 61 years of age and this is the cleanest auto salvage yard I’ve ever visited! I enjoy exploring the yard searching for parts I need. Friendly service from the staff is always appreciated too. Their website is an added bonus that allows me to conveniently see the vehicles I am searching for before/during my visits.
If somehow you read Google reviews AND pick parts for your vehicles from scrapyards, you likely already know this, but if not... This is an incredible chain of salvage yards! They offer a huge selection of vehicles, from multiple makers, of various years; the yard is arranged by manufacturer, in single level(not stacked, ugh..), numbered rows; there are wheel barrows and carts to help you lug your haul; all the parts are clearly priced on their website; and your purchases get a receipt you can trade in if what you picked didn't work.
It was my 1st time going to pull a part, wasn't sure what to expect but the lady working the desk was helpful and friendly and it was very easy to find what I was looking for.
Price gouging this place is. Charging almost as much as new for parts that are 20-30 years old and might not even work. How absurd. At least the customer appreciation food day made my gas, entry fee, time and my suffering not quite as meaningless I guess.
Lost a sale today was going to get a transmission but couldn't bring a jack in I was by my self one of the workers told me to use the A-frame I want to know how I'm susposed get a transmission out with a. A-frame stand. I know how to remove a transmission I'm a full time . mechanic. I know how to take a transmission out. I do not need to watch a damn video. I will not be back and will tell my customer to not shop at pull apart. And any one else that ask.
It was an extremely beautiful place, very beautiful dealings, totally beautiful people with their treatment, the best I can say is that God bless you and that they continue like this.
Went to get taillight covers and they wanted to charge us $66 for two of them. One of them had a broken piece on it. We told them we weren’t gonna purchase them anymore, then another lady told the cashier that she was charging us for the incorrect part once we were walking away, but none of them stepped forward to correct the “mistake.” They also made us put the parts in their go back cart. Nobody directly spoke to us besides the guy that helped us check in. I’m assuming it’s because we’re two woman who didn’t “look” the part, but that’s bad customer service, and I work in customer service so I know it’s bad.
If you can get past the AI phone interface at the beginning of your call, maybe you’ll end up doing business with these people. I am fed up with the AI crap. If you can’t answer your phone, you probably don’t have the part I need.
Tall skinny African american ‘US VETERAN’ driving black on black bmw x3 or x5 suv 2005-2010 with black wheels. Is going in the parking lot scratching cars with sand paper. Look out for him.
Had a friend recommend and drove 2 hours! Best customer service I’ve received in years and amazing pricing. One of the employees helped me with how everything works since I’d never been there and she explained it really well and in the nicest way possible
Cashiers were extremely helpful with me obtaining my in store credit after half of my receipt was destroyed and no longer gave the pertinent information. They are friendly too. I Love this shopping experience!!
I found a new top to my vw beetle here!! It was perfect because mine had been leaking from all of the rain. When I was leaving the girl complimented my outfit. It’s also the cleanest junk yard known to man and SUPER easy to navigate. It can be a gamble but it can pay off.
My experience at pull a part was beyond satisfying. The employees there were happy to help, friendly and over all a pleasure to deal with. Not to mention I found my part I couldn't find anywhere. I'd your looking for parts and can't find them, go to pull a part.
Disclaimer: I am not the biggest car girlie, but even I enjoyed this place! We went early (around opening), which seemed like a good choice as it wasn't super busy yet. Their computer system for looking up cars on the lot was a nice surprise and I like that there was an option to search for cars with potential compatible parts since there weren't any (at the time) of our particular make/model/year. The lot is huge, but the numbers tagged on the vehicles make it pretty easy to navigate. Found what we needed as well as some other nifty parts. Good pricing, too, imo!

I bought 4 tires with rubber for 300 dollars and they told me when you remove those from your car you bring them and we owe you 70 dollars, it turns out they did not want them because they were iron, that scammers, that did not tell me when I buy the tyres. clearly it is a bad job or a bad business policy so a star, and if I could give less 5 stars,
Cody was very friendly, explained things to help me understand the process, etc. I was fishermen by the amount given for my car. However, he explained they the market was down on that you're if address to due to the economy, tariffs, etc
my friend and i got in and out no problems, they’ve got it all organized so it was easy to find. got out of there with a leather console for less than thirty bucks yall. give it a ring would ya
Came to my local salvage yard yesterday got to meet a gentleman named Jimmy he’s a familiar face not to mention he’s the local car salesman. Today I’m bringing home a Honda accord needs a little bit of work but that engine sounds like it can take another 100k miles and then some!
So if you are looking for a decent car to get to work or hold your job! These little cars have a lot of potential.
