WORST SERVICE EVER! THEY DON'T HAVE ANY INKLING OF THOUGHT TOWARDS CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU GET THE RUN AROUND BY TALKING TO 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE THAT HAVE 5 DIFFERENT ANSWERS. STAY AWAY, AND USE ANOTHER MORE REPUTABLE SANITATION SERVICE.

On 10/6 at 4:50pm, I needed to fix an issue on my fault. Megan and Dawn were so amazing helping fix the problem I created. I couldn’t fill out the survey because I accidentally hung up the phone. I wish all reps were as kind, friendly, and understanding as they were. Thanks for helping me fix the problem.

On MULTIPLE occasions, they have forgotten to pick up the trash. The literal ONLY explanation is because they are too LAZY to back down a no outlet. That shouldn’t matter since the service is paid for. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Just as bad as Rumpke.

Republic stopped picking up my yard waste for the last 3 weeks, and customer service has been unresponsive. Since you have to pay for this a year in advance, there is no way to cancel and get a competent service. 40219, KY.

This place is such a joke I was told 2 different times they would take something and then the didn't, raise prices have to have cans jisy a perfect way I hate this company so much I wish there was ANY OTHER OPTIONS for my area

Wife called to add recycling to our service. Moron that took her call deleted my account instead of adding to it. Delivered recycling can today and took trash cans. Now I have no place to put my trash. Guess I'll drop it off at their office.

Negative 5 stars. Save your time, hire waste management so you don't have to deal with STUPIDITY, every week. Ignorant driver acts like a little kid and deserves to be yanked out his truck. Moved my cans at least 15 feet down the sidewalk in my parking spot right after watching me leave. Now today leaves garbage next to cans because he's too lazy to get out of his truck. Last week they put the cans in middle of road. This week blocking driveway. Company apparently does nothing about it

Today marks the 3rd time in the last year. They have not emptied my cans. I live on a dead end street. He’ll drive down here and turn around. And still not empty my cans. And when he does, he leaves garage all over the street. Didn’t know a person could be so lazy. I call customer service. And their answer is, we’ll make sure we get it next week. And still require me to pay the full amount on my bill. Currently looking to take my business elsewhere.

They miss multiple pickups. They don’t pick up anything outside of the garbage cans like broken down boxes like they use to, no one is ever in the office to talk to. Quality of service has declined in the last year.

I called for service on may 26th. I just now got one of the two trash cans delivered to the wrong house. I have called multiple times throughout June to get my trash cans. A few days ago they agreed to credit my account back for the fee that was originally charged since I hadn’t received the cans and only one pickup of bags. I called back today for the status on my second can and to ask about the credit that I had not received. The lady that I spoke with told me that the credit was not going to happen and that the delivery dates that I gave her we’re not accurate. I let her know that it is what I was told but she continued to say that she had something different in her system. I was so over dealing with them that I cancelled service all together. DO NOT GO WITH REPUBLIC!!

I have been using Republic for my household trash and yard waste for about 2 or more years. I am totally unable to get in touch with them to make sure they pick up my yard waste can (they don't unless you call to make sure it's on their schedule). Even for household trash they often leave the emptied can upside down and/or partially in the street. I get it that covid has put a strain on all services, but to not answer the phone after me calling every single day for a full week and being put on hold without hearing a "real" person or any hope of being answered until I eventually hang up after 30 minutes' hold, is just not at all considerate of the person using their service.

I had to go there to pick up a load. The people in the scale house apparently aren't very intelligent. The girl couldn't comprehend my pick up # that I gave repeatedly,same number. Then she accused me of saying it wrong. The loader operator was professional and gave me a paper that the girls in the scale house forgot to give me. Not a bad place, it would be nice if the girls in the scale house were a little more professional.

Horrible service, billing me for items that weren't even included in the original bid. They got one of my tenants to sign the lease extension that automatically renewed every year without my consent... then when I tried to get him to remove the dumpster permanently they wanted to charge me a $1,500 breaking in the contract fee... I hired an attorney and got it resolved... Every time I called customer service to try to get resolved they would send me the sales rep locally that didn't know anything... Snakes and low life company

No thank you. I called today to cancel my service, and the person on the phone, Laura or Lauren was completely rude and unprofessional. Good luck on keeping customer with type of customer service.

Absolutely horrible .. rude disrespectful and not willing to work with you during this time .. I paid for my service a week ago, and they still came and picked up the trash can 6 days after paid, then wanted to charge new delivery fee for can.. nope I'll go elsewhere.

I have requested a new container two weeks ago and received a confirmation email with a date. The date came and went but had to contact the company again. Received an apology email stating they had to reschedule for the following week. Well the reschedule date came and again I did not receive my new container. I wonder if they would be so forgiving if we didn’t pay our bill for their services. I think not. Terrible service and would not recommend this company to anyone I will be contacting our HOA to change services.

Horrible company !!!! There are MUCH BETTER companies out there in Louisville!!!They take your post down if the don’t like it! Don’t use them. They give you one rate and then all of a sudden jack your price up!! It took them from April 3rd till april 23rd to remove our cans from our property. They told me April 3rd , 10th, 17, 21st they would be picked up and were a NO SHOW EACH TIME!!! Finally picked up on 23rd and then send me a bill charging me $150 for the cans! Very rude and unprofessional!!!!!!

I am on a fixed income,. Republic Services raisex my monthly bill $40 without any notice. When I called to ask why, the told me they have a right to do so at leat once a year. I went to WM and saved money.

Was told the bill would be 29 a month including cab ordered 2 extra cans for 5.05 per can. come to find out they charge a 5.95 online fee, 19 pick up fee total comes out to 78 a quarter.. Ridiculous call to get it fixed and she was rude n not helpful.. wouldn’t recommend this service to a homeless person

New customer! Very disappointed! Missed pick-up. Three calls to customer service, three different people, three different answers. Told two hour delay now I’m told they MAY come out in three days from now..... maybe! Then I’m told they can’t come back today (my schedule pick up day) because it would use up too much gas. I kid you not that’s what the lady said! I’ll see if my previous refuse company can resume service. These people SUCK!

Three months, three different people. Twice I have been told my service is up to date yet I owe for cans that are still at my house? I was told today the problem has to go to a supervisor, was told this twice before yet my service is interrupted?

These people with overcharge your. Depending on your area. we had them in a previous area and they were great. Moved and was told the rates were similar. Then when I tried to get a bulk pick up was told it would be an extra $50 per time because they send a different truck. I said no way and canceled after only having service for three weeks. When I got my bill they charge $30 delivery fee per container and a $30 pick up fee. That $120 in fees I wasn't aware of for services of less than a full month on top of the regular charges. I got a much better deal from Waste Management, Will never recommend republic again.

Have not picked up my garbage in two weeks. Called customer service and spoke with a manager as of today THEY HAVE STILL NOT PICKED UP MY GARBAGE! I wouldn't even give them a one, but that's the least option. Well, they just lost a loyal customer of two years!!!

Horrible service. After pickup, they either leave my cans in the middle of the road or over on their side and continuously leave trash in the street. I call customer service, yet get no action. I do not recommend!
