This place is terrible to pick up a load. Arrived at 0930 for open load appt. You will see a sign that says all trucks turn here. Follow the road to the back of the building on the right. When you pull behind the building you will see a scale. Empty or not you scale and call the number. They did not have an open door so they told me to park in the dirt drop lot and they would call when a door was available. The drop lot doesn't have alot of open parking spaces. Some drivers parked on the side street. After 2.5 hours I called to check the status of getting loaded and they said no doors available (they were too busy loading dropped trailers and their dedicated carrier NFI). At 1215 I received a call asking if I was on a door yet and I said no. He said he forgot to call me because he was busy and I could go to door 16. Tandems must be slid. When you back to docks there is garbage and sharp objects all over the place. After you've been loaded back to the scale you go and call the number again. I called 3 times with no answer so I went in the office for my paperwork since there was 3 trucks behind me waiting to check in. Finally got out of there at 1415.
Would give no stars this place. While drivers are waiting over 2 hours to load, they busy pre loading drop trailers. Waiting drivers should be the priority and not drop trailers. Inexcusable. Avoid coming here.

he will go down 3 lights and he will come 3 way stop light and he will turn left on a Industry road.
he'll go down until he sees the sign of the company and he will turn right into the parking lot.
Blue sign telling you were to turn go all the way to the end behind building is a scale not a lot of room looks worst when dark out but they are nice. But they take a bit to load you don't be in a hurry
Could be faster. Another truck was here 1 1/2 before I got here. They finally started on him I’m still waiting in dock 1 1/2 later. Not sure if they’re short handed or just slow but this kills your clock
Straight to the back, over the tracks and turn right to the back of the building. Scale is right there with a sign that has their number to call. Got me in a dock and I was gone within an hour.
Not to bad of place, just beware of the yard dog a real dumb ass, loves to wedge dolly crank handle up underneath the trailer , impossible to get out without tools, crow bar and sledge hammer.
