We were cleaning out my parents home that they lived in for over 63+ years and needed a dumpster. Junk King responded very quickly and we had a dumpster dropped within two days. They were always very responsive to any questions I had and were prompt when I was ready for the dumpster to be picked back up. Matt, the owner, was very helpful and made sure we were well taken care of in this process and William, who dropped off the dumpster, was so friendly, respectful and did a great job placing the dumpster perfectly even with trees close to the driveway. I highly recommend Junk King, will use again if needed in the future.

Had two full size mattresses picked up at the exact day and time I needed them and for a great price. Louisville Metro doesnt do item pickup at my address, so I needed another solution. Randy and William did great, I didn’t have to be home and paid over the phone!
Amazing job by Randy and William. Recently moved out of three bed room house, and didnt have alot of time to clear out rooms of junk from a 4 bed room house. They where in communication with me before and after they left, and was able to get all the junk out, big or small within a few hours.

Junk King provided us excellent service on the day we moved. They came to take items we did not want or could not handle. They were actually right on time and explained their services clearly. They gave us an estimate and proceeded to complete our job within 30 minutes!! They had to navigate two flights of steps with large items like bed frame, mattress and a large chest. Estimate was the final cost. Best of all our movers William and Randy were pleasant and kind to us. I highly recommend this company!

They were prompt, gave a very reasonable estimate for the work, worked with me and gave me a discount because I am a retired veteran. They are easy to communicate with and very reasonable. They cleared this mess within 3 hours just two of them. Highly recommend!
Great experience. Called in morning, came out that afternoon to give me an estimate. Had option to hold estimate for up to 30 days or do it then. Chose to go ahead and have it done. Removed a couch, recliner, grill, dryer and a bunch of miscellaneous junk in less than an hour. William and Randy were hardworking and efficient. Definitely recommend.
