I was needing brake pads and calipers for my dune buggy they said they wouldn't know without taking a look at them so I drove 35 minutes for them to tell me they wouldn't know anything until they made a phone call on Monday SMH complete waste of time on my day off

It was a awesome experience. The lady was friendly and she took care of not one but two problems with my car. If I ever need a part I know where to go. Right back to that store because they have the parts in stock. I highly recommend this place to anybody who owns a Volkswagen Beetle.
Called first to verify the part was available. The phone was answered promptly and the employee confirmed the part was in stock and told me the price. Within the hour I drove to the store. The counter person remembered my call, confirmed the part number and retrieved the part. The check out procedure was fast and smooth. The whole process took no more than 10 minutes. It was a very good experience.
They SOLD ME THE WRONG PART!!! For $140!!! It was head light buckets for a 63 V.W. BUS AND NOT A 63 V.W.BEETLE because they did not fit right like they were suppose to
I wish it could be lower than 1 star. I ordered a hinge for a BMW door. They sent the wrong side. The parts ticket only shows the part number, so we didn't know it was the wrong part until a week later when the customer dropped off their car for us to install the hinge. When I called Victory back, they said that I ordered the wrong side, and the other side was 60% more. I ordered the correct side. They (George) made the mistake. They picked up the wrong part from our shop and I'm still waiting for a refund. It's been a year, and multiple phone calls, and still no refund.
Been here about a dozen times for old VW parts. They almost always have what I need in Stock, or they can get it next day for very reasonable prices. They really go the extra mile for return customers too.
Small little front office but the guys always have what I need or know how to get it. Price, when compared to others is a little high but great for items I can't wait a week for.
