If Jadah is working there, do yourself a favor and leave. I have been going there many years, and have never seen someone as slow and unfriendly as her. Someone told her today that another place down the road is getting more business, she said she didn't care. When weighing up something, you said "that's too much". I asked what she said, was told it wasn't to me, only to find a deduction on my final ticket. I have been told by her my items were "trash", and I have seen her tell people who clearly hasn't recycled much that a standard metal grill had to be taken around back (even though that scale measures by 20 pounds, which I'm sure the piece didn't even weigh). Overall, they pay fair and everyone else is friendly, but not enough to be a bother to someone with ZERO customer service skills. Next time, if she is there at the scale, I'm going elsewhere. Hopefully if enough do that, she will be moved to a location more suited.

Visited here many times over the last few years. Providing metal for recycling is a simple matter: getting a cart from the lot, loading it up, and pushing it onto the scale The workers weigh the different metals and provide a printout, which you take to the cashier to get the money. They are efficient and polite. Naturally, the place is filthy.

Great place to go if you want to feel like you got robbed. Been going here for years and it has been a steady downhill since they switched from ISA to RMR. Go literally anywhere else, there are two other scrap yards within a mile. Also they don't pay cash anymore it's checks now so expect to have to go to the bank and they don't tell you that until after they have your recycling and it's too late to change your mind. After over 10 years of frequenting this business I'm finally done, and will just start going to the Rusty Rooster half a mile down the road.

Don't ever go here. The last two times I have come by, my worker & I were greeted by an angry big mouthed large woman who clearly doesn't want to work. Today (hours ago) my employee sent me footage of the same woman popping our Camry's front driver tire. My employee is small & was by herself to take care of our scrap, which seemed to make the bullying easier, as we usually go together (1 watching the vehicle & it's tool collection, while the other collects). My employee didn't wreck, but was losing air so quickly that she found out once stranded, after almost being hit by a semi on Grade Ln. where there is no shoulder. My employee said that the large woman was bragging to Corey (who claims to be a manager) that she had shut the $%^&* woman up and "saved the day". This made sense to my employee when she came out of shock. In my opinion this was close enough to attempting murder. This company owes us a used tire & phone call letting us know that the large woman that did this on camera is no longer working there. I also want her name, as she'll do this again if not charged. I and my employee have called and left messages, which is likely not to receive a call back. Review your own cameras on your own time & deal with this. If we have to spend time doing this for you, we will need to take this up in a legal setting. Corey should be removed from the front also, as both always have bad attitudes & seem to have a problem with the areas people.

Sent several days separating gold containing circuit boards from computers and telecommunications boards just for it to be measured as “contains trace copper” and refused to give my metal back when I told them about it. They robbed me blind and I hope they go out of business. DO NOT TAKE THEM ANYTHING RELATED TO ELECTRONICS. Got $14 for over 100lbs of gold containing circuit boards then told I can’t have my metal back when I didn’t want to accept them robbing me. Thief’s and will never get my business or my companies business again

Great people, walked me through me the process since it was my first time scrapping metal. They made it very easy and paid me what I guess is a fair price. 407 lbs of metal, I got like 23 bucks...I thought it would be worth more but guess not.

I stopped, grabbed a bin, unloaded some aluminum cans, got in a line of 6 people. They put my bin on the scale, handed me a ticket which I took inside the cashier's office and I was on my way in 20 minutes with cash in hand.

I was a little unsure of the process when I arrived, but we figured it out. Only suggestion would be to post a sign with the steps visitors will follow to complete the process. I'll visit again once we have more to recycle.

Not liking how they have pushed the receiving area back to the entry doors now especially if it's raining you're standing in a long line in the rain without any covering

Fair prices on converters. I had 16 they matched Grade A's offer of $960.00 cash. I wouldve took less from them just to keep from selling to Grade A. So if you find yourself needin a lil extra cash dont hesitate go ahead and deal with these guys they're strait to the gate for real.
