I highly recommend Sgt. Junk-It if you are in need of junk removal. Their team came out this morning and removed multiple items from my mother's house for me. They also came out about a year ago and removed multiple items (including several heavy items) from my mother's basement. Both times they were polite, efficient, and hard working. I will definitely call them again when I'm in need of junk removal.
What a great experience. I reached out on Thursday and heard back within a few minutes. They asked a few questions, confirmed the (extremely reasonable) price, and got me on the schedule for Monday. They confirmed with me the day before and then called the morning of and said they had a cancellation so they were coming early. They hauled out my old treadmill and a hunk of drywall that have both been gathering dust and taking up space for too long - and it took less than 5 minutes. The guys were super friendly and careful. Highly recommended!

Sgt Junk-it removed two pieces of heavy furniture for us. The movers, Austin and Mike, were very nice and professional. The furniture was in a room which took some inventive maneuvering to get it out. In other words, it was a tough job. They did efficiently and expertly for a reasonable price. Wow, I wish I found this group sooner! Mike and Austin were INCREDIBLE. They went above and beyond and the junk clean out plus the clean up they performed was way more than I expected. Seriously blew me away! Whether you need junk hauled away or even random crap in your garage, they did an amazing job.

Mike and Austin did a great job in removing an old fridge from my basement utility room. They were careful not to scratch or rub against anything and came back twice to ensure everything was put back as it was before. Highly recommended.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment and get an estimate. I was reminded via text the day before of my appointment and time window of when to expect them. When they arrived they both introduced themselves. Very friendly and efficient. They worked quickly and let me know when they were done and had me check to make sure they took everything I wanted them to. Plus their rates are very reasonable! I had used this company a few years ago and they had made such an impression from doing a total basement clean out that they were the first ones I thought of for this job, and will be for any future jobs.

I can't say enough good things about our experience. Roger and Mike were phenomenal and far exceeded our expectations. We had an old barn that had fallen years ago and we were slowing picking through the rubble and throwing it away. We finally admitted it was beyond our skill set. Ron communicated frequently about the plan leading up to the day and through the whole process. The job took a little longer than expected due to the job being bigger than anyone, even us, realized. They communicated frequently and still completed it in a timely manner exceeding our expectations. We highly recommend them for your project being big or small.
