Man, I gotta tell you these guys are amazing. I showed up 11 o’clock at night and these guys went straight to work. Rick and Louis we’re extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. Definitely need to use these guys if you have any truck issues passing through Louisville, Kentucky.
THEY ARE THE BEST. I suspect it's a one man show but I'm not sure. I didn't catch his name but the guy who came was very knowledgeable. You can always tell who knows trucks and who's just a parts changer. He figured out my problem in five minutes and I was on the road in no time. Seriously great, cannot recommend highly enough.

Company truck broke down as it was losing air in Louiseville, KY. They sent out the mechanic who diagnosed the issue and brought the parts from Volvo nearby and fixed the truck. They offer great service at affordable prices.

They went above and beyond, called at 10 pm had shipper trailer without annual inspection, took me as soon as I arrived at midnight, did the inspection, dealt with the shipper missy paperwork with a smile, you don't find this in businesses anymore, they're my to go to shop for all my trucks from now on in Louisville, KY
After being stranded on the side of the road for 8 hours waiting on AAA, Elite saved us! Not only did they stay to repair our RV but they told us how to get the proper wrecker and made sure we had a hotel room. They were truly our hero!!
