This towing company is a joke. My brothers truck had a flat tire he called them to request for a tow but since he told them that he didn't have the tool to lower the spare tire down they refused the tow said that since he doesn't have that tool that can't tow him. Now his insurance for roadside assistance requested the tow from this company they said yeah sure we'll come and get it my brother told them oh you can come and get it now but when I called you said you couldn't do it. In my 20 years of driving I've never heard of a towing service refuse to tow if they've got a flatbed truck. This company's a joke and I definitely have no problem telling them face to face.
Towed my project car from the side of I71 in crest wood to Lyndon, very promptly and with no issues! Appreciated the service and would recommend compared to other towing services. Dispatch was clear and useful just like their drivers.
We just used Lazo Towing for our broken down car. Jabeer in truck #2 was very nice and professional. Once he arrived, he offered us water and then got the car loaded quickly and drove us home, which was 50 miles away. He was a very safe driver. I would highly recommend him and use them again.
My car broke down so my insurance called Lazo. Dealing with insurance is a pain and I needing to change the location and Lazo was amazing! They literally showed up so fast and towed even though we weren't back with the keys yet! This company helped me tremendously and I will recommend them to EVERYONE!
terrible service and terrible company. they were confirmed to help provide assistance, then after being 45 mins late they canceled and said they could not help at all. don't count on them for anything but bad service

I have had personal experience with this company two times in past 3 months..1st was when my gf axel broken in rush hr traffic on galene Dr (jtown).they was there within 20 mins and got truck loaded and gone. 2nd time was today 7-20-24 when starter went out at my hse (jtown) and was here within 30 mins .loaded truck ..took pics,double checked destination of shop ,and was gone ..I have over 30 yrs of automobile hands on experience and have had ill reputable experience in past..I honestly would recommend this company and will always use them in any future situation that may arise ...thank you guys for a stress free job....from our family to yours. stanley&robyn

Only took them 25 minutes to get to my vehicle after I called for help.
My car was very difficult to get to, but the driver took extra time and care to make sure it got on the tow truck.

Would not recommend dealing with Lazo. I had a pickup scheduled with them in the time-frame of 3:00-8:00 PM and they were completely unresponsive during that entire time period. They did not answer the phone, did not send any messages, never showed up. I was selling my car via Peddle and the kind folks at Peddle could not get ahold of them either, ended up having to change carriers and reschedule.
DO NOT USE LAZO! (Alert!!!They have suddenly added a bunch of fake reviews to drown out mine )
I don't think they're insured. An employee dropped a car into our garage today when their equipment failed and the owner refuses to take our call. The owner told the poor hourly worker it's his problem to clean up. Absolutely terrible horrible company. Avoid at all costs!

Maria from LAZO said she is "not at liberty" to share their insurance information, once again indicating likely that LAZO IS NOT INSURED. I will be contacting the Kentucky Department of Insurance.
Maria had the gall to offer us $110, supposedly to cover the full repair. Nevermind the reputable estimates we've gotten for $2-3k.

The truck driver was extremely unprofessional leaving a sour taste in one’s mouth. I had reached out to dispatch prior to the drivers arrival and I was clarifying location issues with them. The driver began to call my phone and I notified dispatch that their driver was trying to reach out to me and that I’d return the call shortly. Dispatch called them to update them and as the driver answered he began to call me profanities for not answering his call. Dispatch quickly placed me on hold, only too late, as I had already heard everything. Upon arrival the driver began to place my car onto the bed of the truck. He scratched my left car rim as he drove the vehicle onto the bed and it made a significant noise and shift when the tire hit and he didn’t say anything to me until I told him he had scratched my rim. He disregarded everything. When my husband paid him cash he did not offer us our change back and when my husband asked for it the driver got extremely hostile and disrespectful about giving us our change back that I told him to just keep it. Please avoid yourself the hassle and headache of dealing with this unprofessional towing business! Go somewhere else where they won’t damage your property and disrespect you.

Lazo Towing has help me out many times with towing needs. Great drivers and the Owner called to follow up to make sure everything went as planned. I called them one time at 3 am my son was getting off work and the battery was dead on his car. They came right replaced his battery. Awesome Company. I would use them and recommend to anyone.
They never showed after hours of waiting. Then sent a text message saying they looked and was not able to find us, never once tried to call. I tried to cal the number we were given with no answer. The insurance company tried reaching out and still no answer. Do not recommend if you want your car to be picked up in a timely manner!
They showed up to tow my truck and he said he couldn’t do it because there was leaves on the ground and he didn’t want to dirty… canceled my tow and still got paid by my insurance…. Would not recommend these guys are a joke not only was he an hour late but just to say he can’t do it… and there was no reason he couldn’t do it other than he didn’t want to get on the ground
We used them this morning for a dead battery jump. They are under contract with our insurance company. They arrived sooner than planned and had us going quickly.
I used the free services using my car insurance (USAA). I needed to go to work so I left my car on the side of the interstate. Alvaro Santos picked up the car and dropped it off at my house like I requested. Top notch service from Alvaro, calling me when he had questions and ensuring he had the right information. I hope I get Lazo towing services again in the future. Thanks!

Would do 0 stars. But they did pick it up. Had to use this ridiculous company to tow my vehicle through AAA. They show up and canceled my call within 5 min. Didn’t give me a chance to get out of my building to meet them. Then had to use them one more time. Although I didn’t want to but AAA. Both times they didn’t know how to get my car out of park. I had to show them. Supposed to show up around 11am. And didn’t show until 3pm. Called AAA and filed a complaint.
Took 4 hours to get to me. Asked me to share my location to 3 different phone number. Drug my truck a 1/4 mile down the hillside before finally wenching me out. But.....they did get me out.
I went through AAA for an random situation at the outlets of the bluegrass and was sent this company. They were fantastic, arrived with 10 minutes of the call, loaded and on the road within 20 and was a semi complex situation. We brought the car back to Lexington. Super nice, couldn’t of asked for a more pleasant towing experience if I had to have one.
Great service best towers around tri state area quick response and all driver speak multiple languages so you will feel at ease talking to them. Great company
Do not use them. He couldn’t speak English I couldn’t figure out how to tell him what was going on with the car . I ask if I needed to go with him he nodded and I did then he left me stranded at Big O which was closed. I tried to explain but we were not getting anywhere.
They hooked to my truck, did not use dolleys and drug it all the way to Big O. Transmission is now garbage. Owner’s admitted that their driver did destroy it, but they were not going to pay to get it fixed!! When I filed a claim with their insurance company, I was told that they had minimal insurance coverage and that basically I was out of luck. So I would definitely call someone else and they work through AAA so make sure that you tell AAA NOT TO SEND LAZO TOWING. A bunch of lazy thieves!!!
