Called this business for assistance with a hit and run to see if any vehicles were brought in with the same description that hit my boyfriend’s daughter’s car.
The gentleman on the phone was incredibly rude and didn’t take the time to listen to me. He immediately became defensive thinking I was suggesting one of their tow trucks hit our car and ran.
Once he finally listened and understood he was zero help. Didn’t ask for any information on the vehicle at all.
EDIT: See response from owner below. Sounds like a real great individual to do business with, name calling and such. I never asked if a car was impounded. Further proves my point they don't listen. Also take a scroll down to see the other reviews indicating the rudeness and lack of professionalism this business has. The other towing company had no problem helping me out.
DO NOT CALL THEM. Such rude customer service. Trys to scam you into immediate pick up when I only asked for a quote, then got mad and hung up on me. Never dealt with someone so unprofessional. If I could give a 0 I would, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.
There when I needed them. The operator, I’ll call him D, was prompt and very professional. He took great care of my car. The only bad thing was the place that I had my car towed to won’t be open until Monday morning due to staffing shortages.
Very unprofessional. Mercedes roadside assistance contacted them to tow my vehicle. They said they would arrive in 50 minutes. I called them after 50 minutes and they were very rude and said it would be another 15 minutes. I called after 15 minutes and they said it would be another 65 minutes because they were going to pick someone else’s vehicle instead. When I complained to the dispatcher, all he could say was “tough luck.”
