After promising a tow was "on the way", we waited 30 minutes. I called again and they said "oh, sorry, the driver is in Radcliff but he'll be there in 26 minutes. We'll give you a discount since you're waiting" . I said "ok". After 45 minutes I reached out again, and no answer. I kept calling and nothing. They ghosted us! Wasted several hours of our time. We called AAA and they got there in 5 minutes.
I got excellent assistance this morning when I got a flat tire on 65 South.
This was the 5th place I called and he answered right away!
No one else could be bothered with me and I was terrified sitting on the side of the highway at around 6 in the morning!

Stopped in for breakfast at a restaurant and got stuck in the ice as I was leaving. Called AAA for a tow truck and was told it would be 5 hours before they could get to me. Fivestar Towing, who is not the tow truck I’m waiting on, pulls up to get breakfast and doesn’t hesitate to hook up and pull me out. This guy saved me from a long night and is who I will be using from now on.
No communication and no response to anything my work chose to use this provider for a tow of my work van it said they were on the way and would be at my truck at 6:53pm will the next morning at 7:00 am I'm writing this. I have had no response to any phone calls made to this company and they text me three hours after they where supposed to arrive at my truck saying they where there. I've had no other communication from anyone and still do not have my work vehicle back. Waste of time.
My son contacted this company for a 4 mile tow, the operator quotes him price and my son tells him to proceed. Hours go by with no response over text but would then pickup a phone call as a couple hours go by, the person running the company picks up the call says hes there and will let us know in 30, 30 go by he says he will have to proceed at 9 am the following day. At 9:30 he is contacted and no response, contacted again later in the day no responses. Complete waste of time and poor support communications.
Brad responded fast when I called to inquire about having my vehicle towed. He was also was very professional when speaking to me and arrived in a timely manner. He worked quick as my vehicle was blocking an intersection , and his price was very reasonable. I highly recommend his company.

Mr Brad showed up within less than 15 minutes he asked how I was he made sure I was safe and okay and got right to getting my truck hooked and lifted he was very professional and got me home safely even help me to understand the issue with my truck I will be suggesting him to those I know or don’t know for towing service and should I need towing again I will be calling Brad again
