My young daughter and I were broken down on the Watterson, Angie made it to us in record time. It was dark and freezing, she was our Angel. I'll definitely use this company in the future.
Danny P came and got my car through my insurance’s road side assistance, so kind and helpful! Never a great day when your car has to get towed, but he was communicative about when he’d arrive and the kindness went a long way in making a sucky situation a little better! Very appreciative!
US Towing and REC showed up fast and knew exactly what they were doing. My SUV was half off the driveway after sliding on snow at the edge of a hill and was close to rolling over. Danny P handled the recovery calmly and professionally, took the time to secure everything correctly, and got the vehicle out without causing any damage. This was a risky situation and it never felt out of control. Solid work, real experience, and no shortcuts.

I never write reviews but the man who rescued me today from the side of a busy interstate was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve never had to get my car towed so I was terrified but he made me feel at ease through the whole process! Great service, great price!
I booked through my insurance, Hagerty, and they sent my new favorite person, Danny P. He hooked my 1977 MG quickly and safely. I rode with him the 2 miles to my drop off. He’s the best. It sucked when my car fell off though and we had to catch it barreling down Broadway.
Hahaha. Jk. I rode with him and he terrified me with the “oh shit, your car fell off”. Great dude. Highly recommend. My car did not fall off nor was in any danger.
The driver, Danny P. Was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond. Not only did he take a look at my car, he called after his shift to ensure I was ok and safe. Danny P is the man. I’ve had a lot of issues getting a car towed that other guys couldn’t do in 2 hours, Danny did it in 15 minutes. Whatever yall are paying him, it ain’t enough!
Listen, Danny P my tow truck driver is 2nd to none! Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I had a small hiccup with my address that I had to sort out through my insurance company. Once Danny P arrived and got my car on the tow truck he proceeded to clean up the massive amount of car debris in front of my house as though he were helping a beloved family member. Its very rare that you see anyone go above and beyond like that for a complete stranger and 1st time customer. If the world had the heart of service that Danny P has this world would be such a better place!!!
Needed a tow and us towing and danny p. came to my rescue. He even taught me a trick that saved me some money and might save me from needing a tow in the future. 10/10 customer service! I will only use us towing from now on and always recommend it.
Due to a hole in the street, we had an immediate blow out. I called several companies and no one could accommodate in a reasonable amount of time. The area was EXTREMELY dark and it was EXTREMELY foggy and unsafe. US towing answered right away, and after giving logistics, arrived in about 15 minutes. The driver, Raymond was excellent and quickly changed our tire. We are extremely grateful for the sense of urgency and quick turnaround. US Towing has a new customer for any automotive emergency needs we may have. THANK YOU!

My trailer got stuck in a ditch while turning, so I called US Towing and Recovery for help. Over the phone, they told me it would cost $250 per hour, with a minimum of one hour. I clearly explained that it was a semi-truck with a trailer, not a small vehicle.
They arrived with a light-duty tow truck, completely unfit for the job. When I called back to let them know, the dispatcher admitted they needed to send a heavy-duty truck and said the rate would be $450 per hour. I agreed and asked them to send it as soon as possible, since my truck and trailer were blocking the entire street.
They promised to come, but never showed up. I waited over 3–4 hours, made more than 20 phone calls, and received no response.
This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable in emergency situations. Leaving a commercial vehicle stranded for hours without communication shows a complete lack of responsibility and reliability. I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company if you need dependable heavy-duty towing service.
I had some car trouble and Angela came out and got my vehicle to the shop. Service was prompt, friendly and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone needing assistance.
I contacted Kia Roadside and they set me up with this company. It was close to their eta and the driver called me. I had been waiting about an hour. I accidently hung up, but he called right back. He was at the quarry. I learned from kind a passerby this was 5 minutes away. I clarified my location with the driver, provided my actual destination address, provided the intersection I am near to and can see through my rear window. He said he would try. After receiving a notification from roadside that they could not find me, I called US Tow and I was told it was canceled because he could not find me. I got upset and said, "ok I'll just wait here by the corn." And she hung up on me. I've been reassigned to Auto Tow LLC and spoke to Dispatch. He promised they will not give up on me.
Insurance contracted with the company for a tow. After waiting more than an hour I got a call from dispatch asking to confirm my location which I did. They asked if I was in the parking garage they noted on the map and I said no - that the parking garage is next to the parking lot I was in and has an entirely different address from the address I provided. 15-20 minutes later my insurance company called saying they cancelled the service because “they couldn’t find me”. They cancelled it with NO phone call from the provider stating they were having issues finding me. While I was speaking with insurance, my mom called US towing. They told her they couldn't find me and when she questioned why they didn’t call again, they then said it was because the tow truck couldn’t get into the lot because of a gate. My mom reiterated that I was in an open access parking lot at the address provided and NOT at the parking garage next door (which again has a different address then given) and again asked why they didn’t call and the dispatcher subsequently hung up on my mom without answering the question.
It’s been 1 & 1/2 hours of me sitting in a dark parking lot and it’s currently 2:30 am and I now have to wait another hour for a different company. As a young female, I feel exceptionally unsafe alone in a dark parking lot, but I am unable to move my vehicle (hence why I need it towed).
Unacceptable customer service and unacceptable practices (or lack thereof). And after they messed up instead of trying to address the issue they have the gall to hang up on my mom while I was on the phone with insurance. It is a slap in the face and frankly shows a significant lack of integrity, morals, and values as a company and as individuals.

Mike saved my husband’s truck today after I got it stuck in a deep ditch. He did a great job, showed up quick, spoke to me with respect, and took the time to explain and give me options on how to move forward.
We have found our go to tow truck company from now on.
The clutch in my M3 started locking up and slipping so I pulled over immediately. The gal that came to my rescue, was knowledgeable, super safe and a delight. It was refreshing for someone to not only know the car and what was needed and not to drive a car with clutch issues up onto the flat bed. I also enjoyed conversation with her getting me to the shop after. Definitely recommend.
Had a great experience this morning. My car wouldn't start and I had called for a tow. Upon arrival, Wayne was able to diagnose my loose terminal and got me going again in minutes! Talked to an actual person whi was quick and courteous and helpful. Got an immediate call from the driver, who arrived earlier than he said. Payment was easy and i couldn't be more pleased with their work. Nobody wants to have car trouble, but if it happens, call these folks first.
Got a flat tire on the expressway, as soon as I put the request in I got a call from Wayne and he made it to my car in less than 10 mins. Took it to the auto shop I requested and dropped it off for me. Very easy and seamless and excellent communication.
Wayne, the tow truck driver, offered outstanding customer service and support while he prepared my car to get taken to the repair shop. He definitely turned what could have very well been the worst day with car problems into a full on great experience! His customer service, knowledge and consideration were greatly appreciated by me! I can’t say enough about how much it meant to me that he stayed with me until my Lyft arrived to take me home. I value excellent customer service because I work in customer service daily. Wayne certainly epitomized what I would like to see from most people who interact with the public and that is just basic kindness to others. Kindness is so rare these days but very much appreciated by me!!
I honestly regret that I cannot remember the Driver's name, but I remember his attitude. This guy was most friendly, most polite and most professionally skilled at his trade. Best experience I've ever had with a towing company! Highly recommend.
This is an awesome company with great employees! Our Ford Bronco wouldn’t start on the top deck of our parking garage so Elvin came to help. He went above and beyond to help us out at 7:30 at night in the snow. Once he wasn’t able to get his truck in the parking garage because it was too tall, he could’ve told us he couldn’t do it and went home. Instead, he came up with his computer to see if he could get it started for us. The computer showed that the car had lots of technical issues and that we would have to have it towed to the dealership for help. Elvin called his co-worker Noah to bring his pickup truck and help pull the Bronco out of the snow. They carefully pulled it down the parking deck and then got it onto the truck safely. We cannot thank Elvin and Noah enough for their effort and will definitely use them going forward!
Mr. Sfyan Mohammad was very polite and did a wonderful job getting my car to Cross Chrysler Jeep Fiat Dealership yesterday evening. Will use again if needed. And very friendly I felt very safe with him. Thanks for the good service.
Unfortunately my car put me in a situation where I needed their services. Response was quick and the driver was great. Took great care of my vehicle and was aware of the special considerations required given the type of vehicle it is. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this company. Two thumbs up.
