I had called several places within my area, prices and wait times were crazy. I finally found southeast not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but on the phone very polite and helpful explaining prices and services was excellent, the driver called with time he would be there to get my vehicle, right away great attitude even thought the job can be and is taxing dealing with traffic and surroundings. worked at a getting my vehicle loaded safely and efficiently, answered question delivered my car and myself to the destination and was a great help
Unbelievably reliable and kind. Thank you for the help my brother and I were able to enjoy our time in Kentucky. We were also able to enjoy the music festival as well
Excellent, exceptional experience. Unfortunately, I have had to use my share of tow services. This company by far is hands down the best I have ever used. Customer service was friendly, helpful and patient. They arrived within the time frame they specified. The driver was very courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. I had absolutely no apprehension about him whatsoever. As a single female in today’s world, I was prepared to ride in my car or take a uber if I felt even remotely safe uncomfortable. Once he showed up, that thought quickly left. The truck was extremely clean and very well kept. The rate was very reasonable and they took my exactly to the address I gave them. I truly can not say enough good things about them. I highly, highly recommend his company. I hope I never have to use a tow company again but I have saved their number in my phone just in case. A+++ service. Thank you very much for your help today. I truly am thankful for everything.
After the 1st tow truck arrived unprepared to tow my Audi * had to contact my insurance again to order another tow and again USAA send the incorrect tow truck (flatbed) but the driver Will with Southeast Towing has an idea that worked. So after waiting 1-1/2 hours from when this started
Will got it on the bed another way without dolleys.
Thank god for this patriot WILL with Southeast Towing. Man I don't know what I'd done without you today. You saved my ass and I'd recommend this guy for any job not just as a tow truck driver.

The driver from Merciful Towing was here quick. He was kind and took pictures all around my car before loading it and confirmed my phone number so he could send me a text message once he dropped it off. Would recommend this towing service and AAA 10/10.....
From the initial phone call to the pickup, everyone was AMAZING! The representative that took the call was so so sweet and OMG Will was the best, very professional, took his time and loaded my car with care as if it was his own. I wouldn’t go at all had me waiting for 2 hours when he said he was going to be 20 mins but the whole time he was moving another person lied for no reason when they could have just said we are currently busy like these types of companies are bad especially when you are being so polite to them using manners respecting there job not getting in the way couldn’t even give me a decent price for at least lying about the wait just wanted my money so bad the only reason I had to because there where no other options available at the time but this company no good trust me there are way better companies with way better prices that want lie about when they are coming I knew I should have trusted the review I read
Driver was nice but they took over 2.5 hours to get to us after saying it would take an hour or less. Very unhappy with all the time of mine that they wasted.
I needed a jump start. The guy came quickly & helped me out. Plus he even gave me recommendation on a jump in carry he used. Very good company & driver.
I got a flat and called my warranty company for a tow. Alcibiades showed up (12/6/2024) and he was my hero! We got the car up on the truck and over to the tire shop about a mile away. Less than an hour from the time it was “called in” to him picking me up and dropping me off.
Super friendly and professional even with the sub 20 degree weather! He made sure to make sure we did everything we could to not scratch the bumper as it is a sports car that sits a bit lower.
11/10 would recommend if everyone else is as good as him.
My mother and I were stranded with a broken car out of town and they came right to us. Al helped my mother out of the tow truck, towed our car and helped us so much!! Positive experience !!!

SouthEast responded with very nice equipment and an obviously competent and professional operator. Show time was reasonable for a Friday during dinner hours. Great service for a great price! It was easy to arrange. I was able to get a tow the same day. The guys that picked up my car were really nice and it got to the dealership in a timely matter. Would 100% use them again if needed.
I called AT&T Roadside Assistance to tow my car to the shop, and after the 1st provider didn't bother to show up or call, I had to open another case. Southeast Towing was the 2nd provider assigned to me and I was pleased when they showed up a good 40 mins earlier than estimated. The gentleman was extremely nice and professional. He quickly got my truck loaded up and on its way to the shop. If you are looking for a reliable tower, who will show up when they're supposed to, I would definitely recommend this company!
So the weather is very cold 10 degrees and I have a flat tire! I call based on the reviews, and yes they were absolutely correct. Very fast service, professional, and nice! I cannot thank this business enough. I had been waiting for Five hours for a different towing company. After canceling I called Southeast Towing and the young lady on the phone was so very helpful. She dispatched a truck with an ETA of 45-60 mins. They arrived in 12 minutes. The driver was very friendly and super fast and safe while loading my car. I cannot recommend this business strongly enough. In a day and age where true customer service seems lost, this company flat nailed it. I cannot thank them enough for helping me during my predicament. Definitely have added them to the trip books in all my vehicles. Thanks Southeast you guys rock!!
Great service! Called AAA to get my car towed and they sent Southeast Towing! Nielsen was challenged because of the location of the car in the driveway and the size of his truck HOWEVER he met the challenge and was able to get the car on his truck!! He has a sense of humor. Thank you for thinking outside the box and getting my car towed to its destination safely.
Excellent service from Southeast Towing. I immediately received a text from AAA that our call was dispatched with an ETA in 35 minutes. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Al informing me he was on his way. Not only was Al friendly and efficient, he was actually a few minutes early. Thanks Al and SoutheastTowing, great job.
After waiting eight hours for another tow company that my insurance company assigned to me, I canceled that service and was able to contact Southeast towing. They came within an hour and a half, which was much sooner than the estimated time that my insurance company told me, and provided excellent service. They kept in contact with me from the moment they received the assignment to the moment they dropped my car off at the repair shop. I would definitely recommend them and would use them in the future if I unfortunately have a need to.

This company is FANTASTIC!! Came out quick, kept me up to date the whole time, super nice and respectful. It was a gloomy rainy day and Juan showed up with a smile and positive attitude. I had to have a tire change last year too (my bad luck I swear) but Juan blew that other dude’s time out of the water. Juan must have worked pit crew, I have no clue how he did that so fast. Will arrived ahead of ETA (20 mins) driving a classic 87 IH diesel flatbed. He loaded my car at 11PM effortlessly, without complaint and a smile that could light up the world, as did the truck. Helped me get up into & down out of the cab without effort! Thanks, Will, for making a breakdown fun! Highly recommended!
